Venice Deluxe Apartments
Newly built house Venice Deluxe Apartments is located in Pefkari, near the quiet local road that connects Potos and Pefkari. Accommodation is new, modern and high quality and it is very good choice for families with smaller kids.
From the center of Potos is about 450 meters away, and the same distance is to center of Pefkari. The nearest beach is located only 250 meters.
The house was built for the season 2016. It offers four studios which can accommodate up to 4 people (families with smaller kids). All studios are on the ground floor and have direct access to the garden. Studio has one double bed, while in a smaller separated space there is sofa bed for two little children. It has small kitchen equipped with toaster, kettle, coffee machine and fridge and bathroom with shower cabin. Surface is around 30m2.
All studios are air-conditioned and have a TV, hair dryer, iron and iron board, mosquito nets and safety box. Also there is internet access.
Cleaning and change of linen and towels is done for every three days.
House is with spacious garden with parking space, a barbecue and a playground for children is available for guests.
From the direction of Limenaria, the house is at the end of Pefkari, after the camp. Its entrance is from the main road so it is easy to notice, it is on the right side, and on the road there is a mark for Venice Deluxe Apartments.
The location of this house is excellent, as is a 5 minute walk from the beach, Pefkari and Potos, and it is easy to approach by a car. Guests can choose whether to swim at the town beach in Potos, at the beach of hotel Alexandra beach, the left or right Pefkari bay. All these beaches are accessible by foot. Big supermarket Masoutis is 200m away.
If you like Pefkari, because of its peace and closeness to Potos, and want more modest accommodation in a quiet place, surrounded by greenery, then Venice Deluxe Apartments can be an excellent choice.

Apartman je idealan za par sa detetom. Čajna kuhinja je dovoljna za osnovne potrebe ali ne i za ishranu u apartmanu. Lepo i funkcionalno uređen, kao mesto gde se spava i kratko boravi preko dana. Lokacija je veoma dobra. Blizu plaže i taverni a prodavnica je, bukvalno, preko ulice. Lepa terasa, koju je moguće koristiti od ranog jutra, bez direktne izloženosti suncu. Dovoljno veliko kupatilo, koje je lepo i funkcionalno. Uređenje apartmana je minimalističko ali sadrži sve što je potrebno uz ukusno primenjene detalje.

Apartmani su novi, moderno uredjeni, udobni, besprekorno cisti… Kuhinja opremljena prelepim posudjem i aparatom za kafu. Veliki plus za kupatilo koje je veliko i uvek ima tople vode. Dvoriste je lepo osmisljeno za malu decu. Market je preko puta. Pefkari je mirno i malo mesto, a uvece za setnju mozete lako stici do Potosa koji je na par minuta setnje. Vlasnica je divna zena, pozitivna, bila je tu za sve sto nam je bilo potrebno. Na kraju nam je pripremila i pokloncice. Prepoporuka za ovaj prelepi smestaj.

Sve je bilo savrseno-smestaj, lokacija, opremljenost, dvoriste, blizina plaze, vlasnica…Divno, cisto, novo…Smestaj sadrzi cak i kupke, sampone, kafu, cajeve, med, keksice…kao u hotelu sa 5 zvezdica! Vlasnica je divna zena, odlicno govori engleski, maksimalno posvecena. Na odlasku nam je dala divan poklon. Za odmor vam je potrebna samo garderoba i eventualno gumene patike za plazu, zbog kamenja u Pefkariju. Internet je u smestaju nesto slabiji,ali u svakom kaficu na plazi, na koju god lezaljku da se smestite, dobicete i brzi internet. Prekoputa je Masutis, koji ima cak i kuvanu hranu. Potos se nalazi na 5 min. hoda, sa prelepim pekarama i sladoledima, pescanom plazom. Limenarija je nesto vece, simpaticno mestasce, udaljeno par minuta voznje, izuzetno veselo uvece. Plaze su sve lepe na svoj nacin. Sve u svemu, divan smestaj i divno iskustvo, planiramo sve isto i sledece godine!

Poštovani, krenula sam da rezervišem smeštaj ali vidim sa strane da nema kod "uključeno u cenu" wi fi. A vidim da piše da postoji pristup internetu. Da li to znači da se internet plaća kod njih?

Prezadovljni smo smeštajem.Domaćin je jedna predivna žena Venetia, uvek na usluzi i veoma ljubazna.Apartman nam je bio sasvim komforan(porodica sa dvoje dece)i veoma čist.Na svaka 3 dana nam je menjana posteljina i peškiri.Lep nameštaj ,nov.Kupatilo odlično,tuš veoma dobar,veliko lepo ogledalo novo sve i održavano. Zaista nikakve zamerke nemamo što se tiče smeštaja.

Preyadovoljni smo!!! Apartmani su novi i moderno namesteni, kuhinja dobro opremljena (samo nema rernu). Vlasnici su obezbedili i fen, peglu kao i dasku za peglanje, a higijenske usluge su na nivou hotela. Apartman se redovno cisti, prisutni su i kupatilski dodaci, kao šamponi, losioni, kape za kupanje, kesice za higijenski otpad. Venis i Panos su sjajni domaćini, došekali su nas sa poklonima za dobrodošlicu i ispratili sa poklonima za odlazak, komunikativni su, uslužni i veseli. Apartmani imaju odličan prilaz, kako i sa glavnog puta, tako i sa plaže, locirani su medju borovima, tako da je i sedenje na terasi pravo uživanje. Jedna od najvećih samoposluga je preko puta druma, a Potos na 5 minuta peške, tako da su gostima dostupni raznoliki sadržaji i turistiška kupovina. Jako smo zadovoljni našim ltovanjem i preporučujemo Venice studios svima koji uživaju u mirnom, modernom okruženju

We stayed 10 days in Venice Deluxe apartments in Pefkari, starting in July 2019, four of us. Everything was fantastic! I would particularly praise owners of the property (Venice & Panos). They are those who have contributed to this superb holiday experience. :) Starting from the location ... The location is perfect. It is located in a quiet part of the island and only 5 minutes by foot from Potos. The nearest beach is a 5 minute walk, while the most beautiful beaches on the island are less than 20 minutes away by car. It is definitely one of the best locations on the island. About the accommodation this is the best part. The apartments are brand new, fully equipped and nothing is missing. In addition to air conditioning and Wi-Fi services, you also have a terrace that is not at all small as well as a mini kitchen that is fully equipped. Everything still looks new !!! The service is almost at the hotel level. Bed sheet is changed regularly as the rooms are regularly refreshed. The owners are very professional. They are always available and will be there for you for everything you need. They are a nice family with 2 kids. Their daughters even looked after our children while they were playing. Nice gesture: espresso coffee caps are waiting for you on arrival. The yard is large and ideal for children, pine trees and grass with plenty of toys so that you do not have to wear toys except perhaps for the beach. Parking is provided under pine trees. Although the apartment is spacious, much of the time is spent in the yard as it is always pleasant to sit. Let's not forget that grill is one of the options to enjoy in the evening. The big supermarket is 50 meters away and works all day and prices are quite solid. Everything is just perfect! One and only comment is that there is no bakery in Pefkari, so you have to get fresh bread or croissant in Potos but it's a short walk. Generally, we really enjoyed it and we are definitely going back. :) Teuta & Dejan

Boravili bismo u terminu od 15.08-02.09. Da li su Venice apartmani u tom periodu slobodni i koja bila ukupno cena? Dve odrasle osobe i dva deteta od 3 i 10 godina. Pozdrav.
