Elisavet Villa is located in a very quiet place outside the noise, but near the center of Skala Potamia, promenade and the beach. The accommodation is regulary maintained, and it has fenced courtyard under the shade with stone barbeque and sitting sets for guests.

The accommodation is in the city center of Skala Potamia, where you can find markets, fast-food restaurants, and coffee shops. Sandy city beach with a long shallow water is 200m far away.

In total there are seven accommodation units for rent - four double studios (about 20m2) and three duplex apartments (30m2).

Two duplex apartments can accommodate up to 4 persons, and they are located on the ground floor. They have two bedrooms, a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The beds in one bedroom are two single beds while in the other one there is one double bed. Both bedrooms are decent size and comfortable, there is air conditioning and TV. Furniture is a classic wooden, and the apartments are modest but decent. These apartments are suitable for families with young children, or two couples.
Apartment on the upper floor has two bedrooms and it is more suitable for families with children, because there is a double bed in one of the bedrooms and there are bunk beds in the other bedroom. The bathroom is located in one of the bedrooms.

Four double studios (double bed) are also on the upper floor. Two of them are smaller, while the other two bigger studios have the possibility of adding an extra bed for one child.

Cleaning, replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after every four days.

The accommodation has a courtyard with stone barbecue and fully equipped shared mutual kitchen. Private parking is provided.

Driving from the direction of Skala Panagia, on the central intersection turn left towards the sea, then again to the first street left, and after about 100 meters you’ll see the accommodation.

If you want a decent accommodation, very close to the beach, on a very quiet place ideal for vacation in the true sense of the word, Elisavet Villa may be a great choice.
