Olivia Resort is located in Potos and is an excellent choice for guests looking for luxurious accommodation with a swimming pool and a large garden equipped for barbecues and socializing, while a children’s playground is available for the little ones.

It is located in a quiet part of Potos, about 800m from the beach and 700m from the center.

This accommodation complex consists of five maisonettes and four apartments, and their maximum accommodation capacity is for four people. All units are located on the ground floor or the elevated ground floor (six steps from the ground).

The maisonettes (40m²) are spread over two levels. On the lower level there is a living room with a kitchen and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a bathroom. On the upper level, which is separated by an accordion door, there is a bedroom with a double bed measuring 160x200. The maisonettes have two terraces and overlook the pool and the courtyard.

The apartments (40m²) are equipped in the same way as the maisonettes, the only difference being that they are spread over one level. They have a living room with a kitchen in which there is a sofa bed for two people. The bedroom is separated by a door and has a double bed.

All accommodation units have two air conditioners, two TVs, internet, mosquito nets, iron and ironing board, safe and hairdryer. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a standard refrigerator, two hotplates, toaster and coffee maker.

Cleaning and change of bed linen and towels are done daily. Pets are not allowed.

The yard is beautifully landscaped, with swimming pools for adults and children, umbrellas and sun loungers and a small playground for children. In one part of the yard there is a summer house with a barbecue and a table and chairs for sitting.

Parking is private and is located right in front of the entrance to the yard.

To reach the accommodation you need to turn left towards Theologos on the main intersection in Potos and continue driving for about 600m, until you see the children’s playroom from your left. Turn right and after about 100m you will see the accommodation from your right. It is located just next to the accommodation Petra Houses and across the Esperia Village.
