Maria Dina Studios is a newly built accommodation in a quiet part of Potos, a ten-minute walk from the beach and the center. The apartments are beautiful, with modern furniture and secure parking facilities.

It is located 500m away from the center and the main intersection, and 600m away from the beach.

The property was built in 2017.

There are two identical apartments (38m2) available on the high ground floor. The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed, a separate and equipped kitchen with a sofa bed for two small children, and a bathroom with a shower cabin. The kitchen area has no door and is connected to the hallway. Upstairs, there is another four-bed apartment (No. 22), with a double bed in the bedroom and a sofa bed in the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped.

The apartments are air-conditioned, have a TV, mosquito nets, and internet. Both the bedroom and the kitchen have access to small terraces.

Cleaning, as well as towel and linen replacement, is done every three days.

Parking for guests is provided.

When coming from Limenaria, at the main intersection in Potos, turn left towards Theologos. After 150m, turn left into the second street, then left into the first street, and follow the road until you reach a smaller intersection where you need to turn left. The house will be on your right.

This accommodation is excellent for families with small children as it is located in a peaceful area. For those seeking new and high-quality accommodation where proximity to the beach is not a priority, Maria Dina Studios can be a good choice.
