Villa is located in the center and it is separated from the beach only by a small street. Supermarket is right next to the hosue, while the bakery, pharmacy and a butcher shop are about 100m away.

It offers one apartment on the ground floor which has a spacious balcony and a sea view. In the bedroom there is one double bed, while in the living room there are two fold out sofas, so it is suitable for a family with three smaller children. Kitchen is equipped and it has a stove and a big fridge. It the bathroom there is a bathtub. Bedroom is separated from the living room with a pulling door. The apartment has 50m2. Mosquito nets exist only on windows.

Cleaning and the change of sheets and towels are being done in the middle of the stay.

The guest can find parking space in the nearby streets.

Coming from Prinos go into the village Skala Maries on the first turn. Keep driving towards the center and the town beach where you will see the villa right next to the tavern Cavo D’oro.
