Niki Apartments is a luxury accommodation located near the beach. It is ideal for families with children because, in addition to the spacious and nicely furnished rooms, there is a large and beautifully landscaped yard where children can hang out and play, given the large number of toys. There is also a barbecue in the yard.

The accommodation is located in Skala Panagia, better known as Golden Beach. It is located 200 meters from the beach and offers three studios and four apartments.

The apartments (40m2) consist of one separate bedroom with a double bed while in the living room there is a sofa bed for two people. Two apartments are located on the first floor and the other two on the second floor.

The studios also have one double bed and a sofa bed, so these units are suitable for up to four people. Two studios are located on the ground floor and one on the second floor. The studio on the upper floor has a slightly larger area (32m2) than the studios on the ground floor (28m2).

The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a TV (apartments have two air-conditioners and TVs), a hairdryer and a mosquito net. The apartments have two balconies and the studios have one. The kitchen is well equipped and, in addition to the basic elements, has an oven with an oven, an electric kettle, and a microwave. If someone needs a washing machine, they can contact the landlady who will gladly meet the needs of her guests.

Cleaning is done every day and bed linen and towels are changed every two days.

The yard is really nicely landscaped, with a grass area with toys for the youngest visitors to this accommodation who can safely run around and play.

All guests have access to an internet signal and private parking.

To get to this accommodation, if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, it is best to turn left towards Golden Beach at the entrance to the village of Panagia. Just keep driving straight and after some 3.5 you will see Niki apartments on your right, right next to Ladikas.

The nearest supermarket and bakery are 100m away.
