Rania Studios is a decent facility with a large yard for children to play, socialize, grill and relax. The location of the villa is excellent considering that all the facilities are only a few minutes walk away, and on the other hand it offers conditions for a peaceful family vacation.

Accommodation is located in Skala Potamia only a hundred meters from beach and about 400m from the center.

The house is divided into two parts, because, seen from the front, the right side of the building is raised in relation to the rest of the building. In the central part of the building there is a high ground floor, first and second floor, while in the part of the building that is higher than the rest of the building there is a basement, first, second and third floor.

Central part of the building:

On the high ground floor there are four standard studios (28m2) and they have one double bed and a sofa bed for two people. On the first floor there are also three more standard studios, equipped in the same way as one triple luxury studio with one double bed and a folding armchair. An extra bed for children up to 15 years old can be added to this studio, at an additional cost if the children are older than 10 years. On the second floor there are two luxury apartments (30m2) and two quadruple luxury studios (30m2). Luxury studios and apartments are equipped in the same way - a double bed and a sofa bed for two people.

The right part of the building that is raised and higher than the central building:

This part of the building consists of an apartment in the basement (a few steps below ground level), two standard apartments on the first floor, two luxury apartments on the second floor and two suites on the third floor.

Large apartment (70m2) has two bedrooms. In one bedroom there is a double bed while in the other there are two single beds. In the living room there is a sofa bed for two people and if necessary an extra bed for a child up to 4 years. This accommodation overlooks the courtyard.

The two standard apartments on the first floor of this building consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a sofa bed for two people in the living room. The area of ​​standard apartments is 30m2.

The two luxury apartments on the second floor consist of a separate bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a double sofa bed. These accommodation units have a sea view and their area is 30m2.

Mountain suite (25m2) has a mountain view, as the name suggests, and consists of a double bed and a sofa bed for one person in the same room, so it can accommodate a maximum of three people. Sea suite (25m2) is equipped in the same way, only has a sea view.

In its rich offer, this accommodation has one room (16m2) without a kitchen on the second floor. It consists of a double bed and can accommodate two people. There is a refrigerator and air conditioning in the unit and this room overlooks the mountain. Guests staying in this accommodation unit can also use the shared kitchen.

Only preparation of light meals in recommended. For everything else, the guests can use the shared kitchen.

Only in the luxury part there are mosquito nets on the windows. In one standard apartment on the first floor, an extra bed for a person up to 15 years of age can be inserted, but it should be noted that the space is significantly reduced. An extra bed can be added to the large apartment in the basement.

Towels are changed every other day while bed linen is changed every third day. Accommodation units are cleaned every day.

The yard is really big, ideal for children to play and run, but also for socializing, barbecuing and enjoying. The grill is movable. Private parking is provided for all guests.

Accommodation is very easy to reach, you need to go down to the center and turn left at the souvenir shop located on the corner. Continue straight until you see Rania Studios and the board of the same name on the left.
