Margarita villa is an accommodation located right between Skala Potamia and Golden Beach, so both places are easily accessible. This accommodation offers nicely furnished apartments with fully equipped kitchen, just over 100m from the sandy beach. Each guest has a private parking.

Villa Margarita is located 100 meters from Golden Beach, one of the most fascinating and cleanest beaches on the island of Thasos. In front of the villa are the thick green slopes of Mount Ipsarion, that rise up to 1200 meters above the sea level. This combination of sea and mountain creates perfect conditions for a good and comfortable holiday. It is 1,5km away from the center. The accommodation offers three apartments and one studio.

Margarita consists of two buildings - one ground-floor house with one apartment and a studio, and a multi-story building with two apartments on the ground floor.

The first, smaller, ground-floor facility, completely renovated in 2015. The studio No.1 (30m2) has a beautiful veranda, equipped kitchen and a bathroom. It is consisted of one double bed and a sofa bed for one person.

The second apartment, No. 2 (46m2). in the small house is a little bit larger and has two separate bedrooms and a separate kitchen with a dining room that has a bigger fridge (1,5m). In one bedroom there is a double bed, while the other one has a double and one single bed. The bedrooms are separated, but in order to get to one of the bedrooms, you need to pass through another one so this apartment is not suitable for two couples. It has one bathroom and a very large veranda, and provides comfort for one big family.

In the multi-story building there are also two apartments on the ground floor, apartments no.3 (27m2) and no.4 (38m2). Apartment No.3 consists of one bedroom with a double bed and a living room with a kitchen where the sofa bed is. Apartment No.4 consists of one separate bedroom with one double bed and a living room with a kitchen where a single bed and a folding armchair are located.

The apartments are fully equipped with everything you need during your stay. They have a fridge, kitchenware, fry pans, hot plates, an electric kettle, towels and bed linens. They are also air-conditioned, have a TV, furnished rooms and a barbecue area.

The replacement of towels and bed linen is done every third day of the stay, while for stays up to 7 days the replacement is done only once.

In front of the villa there is an outdoor barbecue that guests can use freely. The villa has a free private parking for its guests, wireless internet, hairdryer in every apartment, safe box and mosquito nets.

It is very easy to find, you need to to make a left turn from the main road if you are coming from the direction of Limenas, at the Korina Hotel, and continue driving straight until you reach the street parallel with the sea, at Anna Apartments. Turn left, and after about 600m you will reach the Herih market, where you need to turn left and after a few meters you will see Margarita.

The nearest mini market is just 50 meters from the villa.
