Charitini Villa is one of the most popular accommodations in our offer which gets sold very quickly. It is a building in the second row from the sea, few steps away from the promenade with souvenir shops, restaurants, playroom for the youngest visitors, but also from the sandy city beach with long shallow water. Courtyard is nicely tucked and full of greenery.

Villa is located in Skala Potamia. It is 25m away from the sea and it is in center of this place. The closest market, where bakery products can be bought too, is on the promenade, only few steps away.

In total there are two apartments and three studios that are divided into two floors, the ground floor and the first floor. On the ground floor there’s one quadruple apartment and one studio while the rest of the units are on the upper floor.

Double studios are consisted of one double bed and, if needed, an extra bed can be added. The apartments are equipped with one double bed and two single beds. In the apartment on the first floor there is possibility of adding an extra bed. The size of the studios is 15m2 and of the apartments about 30m2. Quadruple apartment on the ground floor has two bathrooms and the kitchen is in the room with two single beds. and there is possibility of adding an extra bed The apartment on the upper floor and one studio on the same floor, each of them has kitchen on the balcony. Also, one of the studios doesn’t have a separated balcony, only chairs and a table in front of the entrance of the studio.

All accommodation units have bathroom, TV, A/C, WiFi and hair dryer. Kitchen in the studios and apartments have electric kettle and coffee machine.

Cleaning and replacement of towels and bed linen are done every three days.

Although apartments and studios have kitchen, cooking is allowed but frying not. For frying you can use kitchen in the yard of this villa. Besides the gas burner stove, kitchen in the yard also has also barbecue, sitting and dinning set. In the yard there is enough space for safe playing of the children because it is enclosed. There is an outdoor shower which guests can use upon arrival from the beach. Villa has private parking provided for its guests.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, you should go down to the center of Skala Potamia, where you will turn right and continue straight until the first street on the left where you should turn. The first house on the left is Charitini Villa.

If you want decent accommodation on the excellent location, close to the one of most famous sandy beaches on the island and close to the center, this is a good choice.
