VIlla offers one apartment on the first floor which has an area of ​​115m2 and three bedrooms. In one of them there are two single beds, while the other two have double beds. Rooms with double beds also have access to the terrace. One is smaller and has a mountain view, while the other is larger, has a view of the yard and is accessable both from one bedroom and from the living room. There are a bathtub and a washing machine in the bathroom. The kitchen is spacious and has a large refrigerator, stove, microwave, dishwasher and exits to a small terrace at the back of the house overlooking the street and the mountain. In the living room there are a corner sofa, TV and air conditioner.

Cleaning and the change of the towels and bed linen are being done every four days.
