Carpe Diem Luxury Studios is a newly built accommodation located in the immediate vicinity of the beach. It is a building with new furniture and beautiful and comfortably furnished accommodation units. Private parking is also available to guests of this accommodation.

Carpe Diem, located in the picturesque surroundings of Skala Potamia, offers you the opportunity to enjoy an unforgettable vacation just 130 meters away from the beautiful city beach. The first store, where you can find everything you need, including fresh bakery products, is only 250 meters from our facility.

This accommodation has a total of seven accommodation units - one two-bed studio (23m2), two three-bed studios (23m2) and four four-bed studios (26m2). On the high ground floor, there is one four-bed studio, one three-bed studio and one two-bed studio, while on the first floor there is one three-bed studio and three four-bed studios.

The layout of the beds in this facility vary - the two-bed studio has a comfortable double bed, while the three-bed studios have a double bed and a single bed. In the four-bed studios, you will find a double bed, a comfortable sofa for two people with a standard mattress, and according to your wish, we can add an extra bed in two four-bed studios, with a note that in this case the space will be slightly narrowed.

All accommodation units have balconies with a side view of the sea. It should be noted that one of the three-bed studios has two balconies for extra comfort.

There is a kitchen in the accommodation units, which includes a small fridge and an induction plate with two burners, but frying is prohibited. Kitchens are intended for preparing light meals and do not have a large number of dishes, only basic ones. There is a glass partition in the bathrooms, and guests have access to air conditioning and a TV set, a safety deposit box, a hair dryer and mosquito nets. Pets are welcome, with a note before the reservation itself.

To make your stay as comfortable as possible, cleaning is done daily and towels are changed every fourth day, while towels are changed every other day.
