Theasis Studios are located on the Golden Beach, in the first row from the sea. This is a very clean, decent accommodation with a good price compared to the location. The owner is a very kind woman who is always there to help you. The accommodation is rated very good by the guests.

This accommodation has four studios - two with a sea view and two with a mountain view. They are all on the first floor. The two four-bed studios have a sea view and they are consisted of two single beds and one sofa bed that has one extra bed that can be opened like a drawer bed. Two studios overlooking the mountain have two joined single beds and a folding armchair.

For the season 2023. there 2 studios in offer: one with sea view and one with mountain view.

Each studio has air conditioning, TV, kitchen and a fridge.

The replacement of towels and cleaning is done every two days while the replacement of the bed linen is done every four days.

There’s a parking space for each guest.

If you are coming from Limenas and passing the village of Panagia, after 5 kilometers you will see the sign for Golden Beach which leads you to the left. Then just follow the main road and on the right you will see board that points to Fotini Studios.

If you do not want luxurious accommodation, and the most important thing for you is to be close to the beach, this accommodation is the right choice.
