The Rania villa is just a short drive from the popular Pachis Beach and a short walk from the nearest beach in Skala Rahoni, which is sandy and tidy. It has accommodation with a beautiful yard, large lawn, barbecue and toys for children. The units are very decent and clean.

Rania Villa is located in Skala Rahoni, about 1.5km (from Limenas direction) after the famous Pachis Beach, on the left side of the highway.

Skala Rahoni Beach is 200 meters away.

It is a nice accommodation consisting of two buildings. In the first, central building there are two apartments on the ground floor and on the ground floor building behind the central villa there are four studios.

The apartments are very spacious (55m2) and consist of three rooms - two bedrooms and separate kitchens with dining area. In one bedroom there is a double bed and in the other two single beds. These duplex apartments are suitable for a family or two couples because the bedrooms are completely separate and air-conditioned. They have a TV and a kitchen equipped with a stove, fridge, coffee maker, electric kettle and toaster, and a veranda with seating furniture in front of the entrance.

Studios (35m2) are also on the ground floor, in the building behind the central one. There are four studios - one four-bed (with a double bed, one single and one sofa), two three-bed (tone double bed and one extra or regular single bed) and one double (tone double bed).

All accommodations provide hair dryers, wireless Internet access, and cribs (infant beds) are provided upon request.

Bed linen and towels are changed every three days and cleaned daily.

The yard is large and beautifully landscaped, with toys and a green area for children. There is also a covered area with a table and chairs for dining, resting and socializing in the shade, as a barbecue available to guests.

They have private parking and pets are welcome, but this should be emphasized when booking.

The nearest supermarket is 100m away and the nearest beach is only a two-minute walk from the villa. The beach is sandy, landscaped and has a natural shade.

If you want decent and clean accommodation with a very nice yard, very close to the beach, Rania Villa is a great choice.
