Eleni Villa is located in the heart of Skala Maries, just 50m from the city beach and all amenities. It is a decent and affordable accommodation with nicely furnished and clean studios.

Near the villa, besides the city beach, there are two more beaches and both are sandy. One is Sunset beach (Platanes) about 200m from the villa and the other is the famous Atspas beach 650m from the villa.

The property was renovated in 2014. It offers six studios between 20-28m2, located on the first and second floor. On the front side of the house it is first and second floor, while on the back side of the house it is ground floor and first floor.

There are three studios on the second floor. One is a quadruple with sea view, double bed and sofa bed. The other one is a double with a double bed. This is the smallest unit but it has the largest terrace overlooking the sea. On this floor there is another four-bed studio with a double bed and a sofa bed but it has a view from the other side of the house, towards the yard, and does not have a classic terrace because it has a kitchen on it.

On the first floor, which enters the yard, there are the remaining three studios. The largest studio (number 3) is located at the back of the house. It exits into the yard and doesn’t have a separate terrace, only table with chairs in the yard. It has one double bed, a sofa bed, and an extra bed can be added. The other two units have partial sea views, a small and narrow terrace and a double bed with armchair or sofa bed.

Studio no1 is quadruple and it is located on the first floor on the front side of the house. Studio no2 is triple and it is also on the first floor on the front side of the house. Studio no3 can accommodate up to five guests (2+3) and it is on the ground floor overlooking the yard. Studio no4 is quadruple and it is on the second floor with sea view as well as studio no5 which is double. Studio no6 is on the second floor, on the back side of the house and it has a kitchen on the balcony.

All units have air conditioning, TV, bathroom, safe, fridge, hairdryer, satellite channels and iron, while in the equipped kitchen there are an electric kettle, toaster and a coffee maker. All guests have free use of wireless internet signal.

Linen and towels are changed every three days.

The villa has a small paved courtyard behind the house and there are a swing and slide for children.

The villa does not have private parking, but guests can park on the street next to the property.

Coming from Prinos, after entering Skala Maries and reaching the town beach, turn left before the restaurant Armeno and drive about 50m uphill. You will see Villa Eleni on your left.
