Second Home Luxury Apartments is situated in the village of Skala Sotiros, on the western side of Thasos island. The property underwent a full renovation two years ago. An organized beach is just 250 meters away, and within close proximity, you’ll find a gas station as well as the village center, which includes a supermarket, bakery, restaurants and a pharmacy.

There are four apartments available, distributed across two floors.

On the elevated ground floor, you’ll find apartments No.3 and 4, which are designed across two levels and can accommodate up to four guests. The upper level features a living area with a kitchen and a bathroom, while the lower level (semi-basement) includes two bedrooms - one with a double bed and the other with two single beds.

The first floor houses two smaller apartments, each with one bedroom and a maximum capacity of three adults. Each bedroom includes a double bed, while the living area is furnished with a sofa.

All apartments come with air conditioning, a TV, internet access, a hairdryer, and mosquito nets. A baby cot can be provided upon request. Bathrooms include a bathtub, and kitchens are equipped with a fridge and two stovetop burners.

Every apartment features a private balcony, and the upper-floor units also offer a distant side view of the sea.

The fenced yard includes ample space for parking.

Pets are not permitted. Towels and bed linens are replaced every three days.
