Summer house is small cottage on a shore, located in Pefkari. The cottage is ideal for those who do not want to share accommodation with anyone and for all those who want maximum privacy during the summer. The beach only one step away.

The beach is 50 meters in front of the house, as well as restaurants and mini markets.

The cottage area is 50 square meters and it has two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. In the living room is a kitchen. One bedroom has two single beds, the other has a double bed, but smaller than standard size. In the living room there is a sofa in which one person can sleep, and if necessary an extra bed draws out like a drawer for one person. Extra bed is comfortable, with standard mattress.
In the living room there are a TV, air conditioning, kitchen and bathroom.

The cottage can accommodate 6 people in total, although it is ideal for four.

The house is partly obscured by the hotel, but from the balcony you can see the sea though.
Located in a quiet place, sheltered from traffic and crowd, yet just steps from the sea.
From the beach is divided by Pefkarian road and restaurant of the Akti hotel, so you can go to the beach in your swimming suits.

The house has A/C, WiFi internet, hairdryer and TV.

Changing of towels and linen is done very 4 days or differently in deal with the owners.

Parking is in the front of the house.

Although the cottage has a kitchen you can arrange extra payment for half board with the Akti hotel owners.

If you are coming from direction of Limenaria, after 3 km turn right at a big board for Pefkari. The cottage is on the left side of the street, after the Esperia Hotel, next to the hotel Akti.

If the summer house Akti is your choice, you will be placed along the coast, on a beautiful beach, at quiet location, and to Potos which is full of content you can go for a few minutes on foot or less of a minute by a car.
