The property is located a few steps above the level of the coast, and the accommodation has a maximum capacity for up to four people.
The apartment has a comfortable living room with a kitchen and dining room, a separate bedroom and a bathroom. In the bedroom, there is a double bed slightly larger than the standard size, as well as a flat screen TV. In the living room there is a sofa bed, which when unfolded is the size of a standard double bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with a large refrigerator with freezer, a large stove with an oven, a microwave, a toaster, a coffee maker, a kettle, as well as all the necessary dishes and utensils. The bathroom has a shower, a washing machine and a hair dryer.
The accommodation unit is air-conditioned, has WiFi internet and a safe for storing valuables. Pets are not allowed, nor is a baby-cot available.
In front of the building there is a spacious paved yard, very nicely equipped with furniture for sitting and dining, swings, deckchairs and umbrellas. A large brick barbecue is at guests’ disposal. A parking space is provided.
The accommodation is located about 13 km northwest of Limenaria, close to the small fishing village of Skala Kalirahi.
