It is a private house (60m2) on the first floor, with two bedrooms and a living room. The first bedroom has a double bed, while the second bedroom has a sofa bed for two children. The living room also has a sofa bed for one person, accommodating up to five guests.

The terrace is spacious and offers a partial view of the sea from a distance.

Everything is decorated in a very authentic manner. The kitchen is fully equipped, and guests have access to a hairdryer, a baby cot (available upon request), and mosquito nets on the windows.
