The furniture is new, and the villa itself is equipped in a modern way, providing everything necessary for a pleasant vacation. The accommodation is situated in the village of Skala Potamia, in the bay of Golden Beach. Zen Holiday Home is a maisonette (60m2) on two levels, part of a large complex, and can accommodate up to six people. The accommodation has a first and second floor.

The living room is located on the first floor and is equipped with two sofas that can be pulled out into beds, each accommodating two people. The bedroom is on the second floor and has a double bed. The bedroom leads to two balconies, one larger with a sea view, and the other smaller with a mountain view. The larger balcony is furnished with a seating set.

In the kitchen, which is part of the living room, there is a kettle, espresso coffee maker, toaster, mini stove with oven, two hot plates, and a large fridge with a freezer.

The accommodation has a bathroom located on the second floor.

The apartment is equipped with two air conditioners, wireless internet access, an Android TV with Netflix, a hairdryer, iron, mosquito nets, and a built-in barbecue that can be used upon request.

The owners can provide a baby cot upon request.

Bed linen and towels are provided, and cleaning and replacement are done halfway through the stay (for stays longer than 6 nights).

The accommodation has its private parking space for one vehicle in the complex’s courtyard.

If you are coming from the direction of Limenas, drive along the main road almost to the exit of the village of Skala Potamia, where you will see Hotel Vergina on the left side, and right after it, a complex of maisonettes with a large sign for the accommodation “Ntinas Filoxenia”.

The nearest supermarket, cafes, and restaurants are located right by the shore, while the first bakery is about 150m away on the main road.
