Stamatia Apartments is located on the main street in Asprovalta. It offers superior studios, premium, elegant and standard apartments. The biggest advantages of this accommodation are the renovated units and good location, since it is located in the very center, as well as its own parking lot. It is about 120m away from the beach.

The nearest market and bakery are about 20m away.

There are five superior studios - they are equipped with a double bed which has one single bed bellow , so studios can accommodate two adults and one child.

Economy studios are two - they have no balconies - one on the first, and one on the second floor.

Top floor stuios is slightly smaller, about 15 m2. There is only one studio in offer.
It has one double bed and a small kitchenette. During the season, this unit can be quite warm, so the use of air conditioning is essential.
The guests of this studio have a large roof terrace at their disposal.

The standard apartment is about 32m2, it is located on the upper ground floor.
The apartment has two double beds and can accommodate up to 4 people. First you enter a small hallway, from which a door on the left leads to a bedroom with a double bed and a table and chairs (this room does not have a terrace, but a window overlooking the courtyard), and a door on the right leads to another room with a kitchen, bathroom and a second double bed (this room has a smaller terrace and overlooks the street).

The offer includes two Elegant apartments (50m2) and two Premium apartments (60m2) that are identically equipped.
They have two bedrooms with one double bed each. One double bed has single bed bellow, so they have a capacity of 4+1. The kitchen is a separate room and it is fully equipped. The elegant apartments have a large terrace that can be accessed from both rooms. Premium apartments have a large corner terrace.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, have TV (premium and elegant apartments have two TVs and two air conditioners), internet access, hair dryer, mosquito nets, fully equipped kitchen (studio has a small kitchenette). Guests also have access to a large common terrace.

Bed linen and towels are changed every five days, and guests maintain the hygiene of their accommodation units themselves.
Guests can request an additional cleaning service at a surcharge.

Private parking is located immediately next to the object, but there is no guaranteed parking place for each accommodation unit. The number of parking spaces is limited, so some can be parked right in front of the building.

The accommodation is located, coming from the direction of Nea Vrasna, on the left after the gas station, just above the pastry shop Τσακαλήδη (Tsakalidis).

We would say that by choosing this accommodation, you will not make a mistake if you decide to vacation in Asprovalta - apart from the fact that all the units are renovated and everything is within reach, we think that in this destination it is better to stay in houses that are above the main road because it will be easier to park, you will not to be in the crowd, and yet you are very close to the beach and all the events.
