Ethno House and Museum in Theologos: Traces of Tradition of the People of Thassos

- Beekeeping tools and traditional beehives.

Floor: a glimpse into a traditional Mediterranean house
On the museum’s upper floor, visitors can step into the ambiance of the 18th and 19th centuries. The interior is arranged to faithfully depict how traditional houses on Thasos looked. Here you will find:
- A living room with a fireplace and a sofa, a gathering place for the family.
- A bedroom with a large wooden trunk, woven covers, and handmade bedding.
- A room with a loom, where tools for weaving are exhibited, a key part of the daily life of women of that era.

The Ethno House - Museum is located a 3-minute walk from the most famous tavern, renowned for its good lamb, Iatrou (Kleoniki), near the well-known Kostas - Brko, as our tourists like to call him. Due to the good lamb and the Greek nights held at the Augustos restaurant, the majority of tourists visit this village.
