Anastasia House 1 is located near the center of Stavros. It’s a separate and nicely furnished apartment with enclosed yard, barbecue and parking space, great for a quiet family holiday.

The beach is 350m away, the center is at 300m, and the nearest market and bakery are 200m away.

The apartment (60m2) is located in the basement (four steps below the courtyard level) with a nice veranda where guests can enjoy the peace and shade. The living room is spacious, fitted with a sitting area, a TV and a single bed with a drawer. The kitchen is fully equipped (large fridge and hot plates) and between it and the living room, there’s a large dining table with chairs. The separate bedroom has one double bed, and the bathroom is modernly equipped with a whirlpool. The apartment has a built-in electric underfloor cooling system, internet access and mosquito nets.

The guests clean and maintain hygiene in the apartment themselves. If you need towels, you can contact the owners. Bed linen is replaced halfway through the stay (for 10 nights).
