Romanu Studios are located in the coastal settlement of Perea, in the immediate vicinity of Thessaloniki. Located in the central part, near the promenade, cafes and local shops, about 200 meters from the beach, they are the ideal choice for a pleasant vacation and a real summer atmosphere.

This accommodation offers three studios, located on the first floor, and each of them can accommodate a maximum of three adults. In their composition, they have a sleeping room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Each studio has one double bed and one bed for one person.

Upon request, and within the price, a baby cot is available to guests.

In these air-conditioned accommodation units, guests have at their disposal free Wi-Fi internet, TV, hair dryer, as well as a kitchen with a mini stove with two burners and a small oven and a large refrigerator with a freezer.

All accommodation units share a common balcony, which leads to the entrance of each studio. The balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for sitting, providing a pleasant space to relax and enjoy the smell of the sea.

By agreement, and within the price, small pets, weighing up to 9 kg, are welcome.

Guests are responsible for cleaning themselves, and the bed linen is changed halfway through the stay. Towels are changed every three days, and guests can get a clean set at the reception of Aktis Sea View Studios accommodation.

A parking space is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but a free space for your vehicle can be found in the immediate vicinity.
