In a peaceful part of Kassandria on the Kassandra peninsula, surrounded by greenery and away from noise and summer crowds, Klio House is an ideal choice for guests seeking peace, privacy and a true break from everyday life. Far from the hustle and bustle of the nearby tourist resorts, days here unfold at a slower pace, surrounded by nature and with a sense of seclusion and complete relaxation. The beach is 5 km from the property, making Klio House particularly suitable for guests who want to combine a stay in a quiet, natural setting with days spent by the sea.

Klio House is a two-bedroom apartment suitable for up to six adults. Located on the ground floor, it consists of two bedrooms, a living room with a kitchen and a bathroom. Both bedrooms feature a double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two people, making the apartment suitable for couples and families as well as groups of friends.

A baby cot is available upon request and with prior notice at the time of booking. Its use is included in the accommodation price.

The apartment is equipped with air conditioning, a fan, Wi-Fi internet and a Smart TV with satellite channels. Guests also have access to a washing machine, hairdryer, iron, ironing board and clothes drying rack. The kitchen features a ceramic hob with four cooking rings, a large oven and a fridge with freezer, while a kettle, coffee maker and toaster are also available for preparing breakfast and quick meals.

Guests have access to a private, covered veranda with outdoor seating and dining furniture, ideal for enjoying a morning coffee, dining outdoors or relaxing in the shade. A private barbecue is also available, allowing guests to enjoy freshly prepared meals outdoors.

Pets are welcome upon prior request, free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. Sets of bed linen and towels are provided and guests may change and wash them themselves during their stay. Apartment cleaning is available for an additional charge.

Guests have access to parking within the property, with three parking spaces available.

Klio House is located approximately 800 m from the centre of Kassandria, in a peaceful, green area of one of Halkidiki’s best-known peninsulas, Kassandra. Its proximity to the town centre provides easy access to shops, restaurants and everyday amenities, while Elani Beach can be reached within a few minutes by car. For day trips and exploring the surrounding area, Siviri is 6 km away, Sani is 18 km away and Pefkochori is 23 km away. Thessaloniki is approximately 89 km away, while Thessaloniki International Airport is approximately 77 km away.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
