Maravilla Apartment is located in Nea Moudania, about 450 m from the beach, in one of the most practical and best-connected places on the western side of Halkidiki. The accommodation is a good choice for guests who want a functional apartment near the sea, but also a resort with developed infrastructure, shops, restaurants, and facilities available throughout the season. Thanks to its location in a place that combines a seaside atmosphere with the amenities of a larger town, the apartment provides a solid basis for a relaxed yet well-organized summer stay.

The apartment is situated on the ground floor of a building constructed on sloping terrain, so to reach the entrance it is necessary to climb four steps. It is intended for up to five adults and is arranged as a practical unit for summer stays, with a living room connected to the kitchen, a bedroom, and a bathroom. This layout suits families or small groups who need functional space near the beach. In the bedroom, there is a double bed, while additional sleeping places are provided in the living room, on a sofa for one person and two extra beds.

For a more comfortable stay during the summer months, the apartment has two air conditioners, located in the living room and bedroom, ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the space. Guests have access to WiFi internet, TV, a washing machine, and a hair dryer, making the accommodation practical even for longer stays. The kitchen is well equipped for daily use and meal preparation, with a stove with four ceramic heating zones, a large oven, microwave, large refrigerator with freezer, dishwasher, kettle, coffee maker, and toaster.

The apartment has a large veranda that extends the living space and allows guests to spend some time outside, overlooking the courtyard and the surrounding area. At the back of the building, there is a smaller courtyard, which can be especially useful during summer days, as an additional corner for relaxation outside the interior of the apartment.

Staying with pets is not possible in this apartment.

Maintenance is organized every four days, when cleaning and replacement of bed linen and towels are carried out. This maintenance rhythm contributes to a tidier, more pleasant stay, especially for guests planning a longer holiday.

Private parking is not provided within the accommodation. Guests arriving by car can park along the street, depending on availability, and there is also a public parking lot nearby, about 300 m away.

Nea Moudania is one of the largest towns in Halkidiki and a good choice for guests who want a holiday in a seaside place with developed everyday infrastructure. Unlike smaller resorts, here supermarkets, shops, restaurants, cafes, a market, pharmacies, and other facilities are easily accessible during the stay, making the town suitable for guests planning a longer, practically organized holiday. The beach in Nea Moudania is long and suitable for relaxed summer days, with sections that suit families, couples, and guests who want to combine swimming with walking, having a drink, or dining by the sea. The town has a livelier, more local character and, during the season, does not function only as a tourist resort, but as a coastal town, which makes it suitable for guests who enjoy more facilities, better connections, and the possibility to easily visit other places in Halkidiki. The accommodation is about 52 km from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
