Hotel Description

On sandy Linaraki beach, only 10m away from the sea, there are Efi rooms. Very kind owner is always on your disposal, while in her restaurant you can eat during your stay. Modest studios have a wonderful sea view and next to the accommodation there is a private parking.

The accommodation is located on the beach, just across the street. The closest supermarket is on the main road, (2km), and a bit closer there’s a bakery Hatzis (1km). A mini van with fruits and vegetables often passes by the street, so you can buy fresh fruits and vegetables.

Efi Rooms consists of four quadruple studios which are located on the high ground floor. They are suitable for a maximum of three adults and one child.

All four studios have two single beds and a queen size bed. Part of the studio where the beds are is a bit separated from the kitchen. Kitchen has a mini-oven with hotplates, small fridge with freezer compartment, toaster, kettle and basic utensils. All bathrooms were renovated in 2017 and have an edged showering space and hair dryer. Studios have a balcony with sea view, A/C, WiFi internet, TV and mosquito nets. Replacement of bed linen and towels is performed after three days.

For all the guests there are sunbeds and umbrellas on the beach for free, as well as private parking. In the small courtyard, there are an outdoor shower and movable barbecue. There is no option for half board in the restaurant.

Beach Linaraki is easy to find. After you turn from the main road to the beach Sykia, continue straight until the crossroad. The road on the left leads to the beach Sykia, while the one on the right up to hill leads to the beach Linaraki. The first bay is Linaraki beach. On the beach, you will see the restaurant Akrogiali, which is part of Efi Rooms.

Efi Rooms is a great choice for families to whom is important vicinity of the beach, as well as the vicinity of the tavern where they would eat.

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
