Maria’s Studio is located in the village of Kalithea, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 500m away from a beautiful sandy beach with numerous bars. The accommodation is ideal for those seeking a balance between relaxation and activities, providing comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The studio is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchen area with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.

From the veranda, equipped with seating furniture, you can enjoy the view of the surroundings.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay, with a replacement set of towels and bed linen provided for self-change.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available along the street in the immediate vicinity.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.

Price note

Minimum stay is five nights.
Payment of the remaining amount of the arrangement is made on the first day of arrival at the accommodation and is possible only in cash - there is no possibility of payment by card.
