Accommodation description

Maria’s Studio is located in the village of Kalithea, on the eastern coast of the Kassandra peninsula, just 500m away from a beautiful sandy beach with numerous bars. The accommodation is ideal for those seeking a balance between relaxation and activities, providing comfort and everything you need for a relaxing stay.

The studio is situated on the ground floor and can accommodate up to three adults. It consists of a bathroom and a kitchen area with a double bed and a sofa for one person.

Upon request, a baby cot is available at no extra cost.

The air-conditioned unit includes a TV, WiFi internet, a hairdryer, a fully equipped kitchen with two hot plates, a standard fridge with a freezer compartment, and a kettle.

From the veranda, equipped with seating furniture, you can enjoy the view of the surroundings.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

Guests enter a clean accommodation and are responsible for their own hygiene during their stay, with a replacement set of towels and bed linen provided for self-change.

Parking is not provided for guests of the accommodation, but there is always free parking available along the street in the immediate vicinity.

The accommodation is in acceptable condition, exactly as shown in the pictures. What is not visible in the pictures is the extremely old and uncomfortable mattress, where the springs poke out in every position, making it very unpleasant to sleep on. Also, the bathroom ceiling is low, so anyone taller than 190 cm cannot shower while standing upright. When we arrived at the accommodation, we saw that the owner does not speak English, so we did not contact her to complain about the condition of the mattress, as we saw there was no point since she does not understand even the most basic English. However, we would like you to tell her in Greek that the mattress should be replaced for the sake of future guests, so they do not end up like us. We travel to Greece very often and have never had a mattress that was this unbearably uncomfortable to sleep on. We got through 7 nights by stacking all the blankets and towels over the mattress so the springs would hurt us less.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 30 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.

Discounts

For reservations for period from 01.09.2026 to 20.09.2026, for stays of 5 nights and more, discount of 10 % of total reservation is allowed.
