Located in a quiet part of Pefkohori, surrounded by private villas and houses, Irina & Svetlana Villas offer accommodation ideal for families and larger groups of friends looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay by the sea, with privacy and peace, while also being close to all the important amenities of the resort. The villas have direct access to a sandy beach, allowing guests to reach the sea in just a few steps, while the units are functionally designed and equipped for longer stays, with all the basic amenities needed for a carefree holiday at their own pace.
The property consists of two villas, Irina and Svetlana, designed as two-level maisonettes. The ground floor of each villa features a living room, a kitchen with a dining area, a bedroom, and a bathroom, while the upper floor contains two bedrooms and another bathroom.
Irina Villa can accommodate up to nine adults. It features two single sofa beds in the living room, one double bed in each of two bedrooms, while the third bedroom contains two single beds, with the possibility of using an extra bed. Svetlana Villa can accommodate up to eight adults and features a double sofa bed in the living room, double beds in two bedrooms, and two separate single beds in the third bedroom. Thanks to their spacious layout and capacity, both villas are an excellent choice for larger families or groups of friends looking for comfortable, functional, and pleasant accommodation for a shared holiday.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
Both villas are equipped with air conditioning units in the living room and all bedrooms, ensuring a pleasant stay during the warm summer days. Guests also have access to Wi-Fi internet connection, as well as a TV in the living room and in one of the bedrooms. The kitchens are modern and functionally equipped and include four ceramic hobs, a large oven, a large refrigerator with freezer, and a dishwasher. Additional small appliances such as a kettle, toaster, and microwave oven are also available, while both maisonettes are equipped with a washing machine and a hairdryer.
A special atmosphere is created by the lush greenery surrounding the villas and the peaceful environment leading to the sea, together with direct access from the complex to the beach, which is one of the greatest advantages of this accommodation. Guests have access to balconies and verandas for relaxation and outdoor living, while the carefully maintained garden and the sense of privacy throughout the complex provide additional comfort. On the beach, Villa Irina offers eight sun loungers for its guests, while Villa Svetlana provides four sun loungers.
These villas allow guests to bring their pets on holiday, making the stay complete and suitable for the entire family.
During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are available and can be changed as needed. Additional sets of bed linen and towels are available at an extra charge. Final cleaning after departure is mandatory and charged separately.
Private parking is intended exclusively for guests of the accommodation and provides two parking spaces for each villa.
Pefkohori is one of the most popular resorts on the eastern coast of Kassandra in Halkidiki, known for its long sandy beach, warm and clear sea, and lively promenade that offers numerous tavernas, cafés, beach bars, and shops during the summer season, making it an excellent choice for all generations and different types of holidays. - Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. 100% of total reservation need to be paid 5 days prior arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
- The minimum stay in June and September is seven days, while in July and August it is nine days.
