Chloe’s Garden Apartment is an elegantly designed and comfortable accommodation located in Polychrono, one of the most sought-after resorts on the Halkidiki peninsula. It is situated 220 m from the beach and 500 m from the town center, offering guests quick access to all local amenities while still maintaining a sense of peace and privacy, ideal for a relaxing holiday.

The accommodation is designed for a maximum of five adults and is located on the first floor. It consists of a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the second features bunk beds along with an additional pull-out drawer bed. This well-organized layout provides both functionality and comfort for families or small groups of friends.

Guests have access to WiFi internet and a smart TV located in the living room. For comfort during warm days, there are two air conditioning units, one in the living room and the other in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen is well-suited for meal preparation and includes a built-in ceramic hob with two hotplates, a large oven, a coffee machine, a kettle, and a spacious refrigerator with a freezer compartment. Additional convenience during the stay is provided by a hair dryer.

A special feature of the property is the large balcony, furnished with a seating set suitable for dining. It offers an ideal setting for enjoying breakfast on warm summer mornings or relaxing in the evening in a pleasant Mediterranean atmosphere.

This accommodation is a great choice for guests traveling with pets, as small pets up to 10 kg are allowed free of charge.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment. A replacement set of bed linen and towels for self-service change is available for reservations longer than five nights. Cleaning services, as well as additional sets of bed linen and towels, are available at an extra charge.

One private parking space is provided for guests, making the stay more convenient for those traveling by car.

The location of the accommodation allows easy exploration of nearby beaches and resorts, for which the Halkidiki peninsula is widely known. For example, the popular Kriopigi Beach is just 8 km away, the resort of Kallithea is 13 km away, while the nearest international airport in Thessaloniki is located 88 km from the property.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 15% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
