Accommodation description

Barbagiannis Villa is located right on the beach in the village of Vrahos, Loutsa. In addition to renovated rooms and building, it offers guests an ideal location and a peaceful environment with a beautiful courtyard shaded by several olive trees.

The beach is right in front of the accommodation, and all other amenities are just a few minutes’ walk away.

The villa offers six accommodation units, five of which are four-bed apartments and one triple. All apartments are located on the first floor. Each unit is equipped with a queen bed in the bedroom, and in the kitchen area, there is a sofa bed for two or two separate single-sized sofas.

The apartments have internet access, TV, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen (stove with two burners and a large fridge with a freezer compartment), and a balcony. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and a shower with a curtain. The four-bed apartments have a balcony with a direct view of the sea, while the triple room has a partial sea view.

Cleaning is done daily, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.

Parking is provided free of charge for all guests.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
