Accommodation is exceptionally well arranged and clean. Cleanliness is maintained daily during the stay, and towels and bed linens are regularly changed. The hosts are approachable and friendly. Each room has two terraces: a smaller one facing the street and the beach, and a larger one looking onto the rear courtyard. Highly recommended. We will return at the first opportunity.

I wholeheartedly recommend Villa Barbagianis. Unlike many private accommodations in Greece, here in Prtman, you will receive three sets of dinnerware in four sizes, cutlery, as well as a variety of glasses and mugs for four people. The shower cabin is equipped with curtains that adhere and require cleaning in the bathroom. The beach is conveniently located just across the street, and they have their own café-restaurant that comes highly recommended. Sun loungers are available, and the location is situated in the most beautiful part of Vrahosa when it comes to the beach. The owner is wonderful, positive, just like all the staff members. We will definitely return next year - which is something we rarely do :)

The rooms have been renovated; the accommodation is modest, yet it offers an excellent price-quality ratio. Everything we needed was available in the apartment. The room cleaning and towel replacement occur every two to three days, and it is exceptionally clean. There is an option to pay for breakfast. The double bed is incredibly comfortable. The hosts are extremely kind and cheerful, and we truly appreciated their relationship with the guests. We especially want to commend the girl who works at the beach bar. The villa is located in the very center of the town, which we believe is the best position, in close proximity to two markets and excellent restaurants. We highly recommend this place for a peaceful and relaxing vacation; there is no music or nightlife, and the area is exceptionally quiet. The beach is long and sandy, a rarity from Igoumenitsa to Preveza, as we explored the entire coastline. Everything stated on the Nikana website is completely accurate. Highly recommended!

A tidy and spacious apartment in the Barbagains building, with high praise for the maintenance and cleaning of the apartment, featuring two terraces and parking in the shade of olive trees behind the building. Overall, it is an ideal place for a peaceful getaway, just like always in Vrahos.

It is worth going, especially for those with small children. The location is excellent, a peaceful place, and we are very satisfied with the overall impression.

This summer, we chose the Barbagiani villa and were extremely disappointed. The apartment advertised for four people can barely accommodate two. There are not four beds, nor is there enough space for the belongings of four individuals, and neither on the terrace nor inside is there room for four people to sit. There is not even a wardrobe to store our belongings, just a slightly larger shelf, which forced us to navigate around our suitcases in an already cramped space. The view of the sea is lateral (which, of course, is not visible in the pictures), and that same sea is barely visible due to the arcade with video games located next to the "villa," and the noise and clamor from there made it impossible to sleep until 1 AM. What I must commend is definitely the hygiene, which we were thoroughly satisfied with. All in all, the discrepancy between the price and what you receive is significant.

The hygiene and maintenance of the apartment deserve high praise. Towels are changed regularly, and trash is taken out. The kitchenette is equipped with all the necessary items. The villa is located across from the beach, where there are sun loungers and umbrellas from the bar that is part of the villa; with an ordered drink, you can use the loungers all day long. All the staff are extremely friendly and always ready to assist. A drawback of the apartment is the wardrobe, which resembles a slightly larger shelf, and as a family of five, we had nowhere to organize our belongings, so we kept them in suitcases, which was quite inconvenient, especially since the apartment is small and the suitcases were everywhere. As far as I saw on the Nikana website, it states that air conditioning is for an additional fee, but we used the air conditioning daily without any extra charges. Parking is provided in the villa's courtyard, which has plenty of shade from the trees. In any case, I would recommend the villa despite its minor shortcomings.
