Our description
Barbagiannis Villa is located right on the beach in Vrahos/Loutsa. The accommodation will be renovated for the season 2024. (Unitl the end of renovation process old photos will be displayed on this page). In addition to the renovated rooms and building, it offers guests an ideal location and a peaceful environment with a nice courtyard shaded by several olive trees.
The beach is located right in front of the accommodation, and all other amenities are just a few minutes' walk away.
Barbagiannis offers 6 accommodation units.. These are apartments of about 35 m2, which can host a maximum of four people. In the bedroom there is a double bed, and in the kitchen area there is a large sofa for two persons..
All units have internet access, TV, air conditioning (extra charge), fully equipped kitchen (two-burner stove, standard fridge with compartment in studios and large fridge with compartment in apartments) and a balcony with a sea view. The bathrooms have a hairdryer and a shower with a curtain.
Parking for all guests is provided free of charge.
Cleaning is done every day, and bed linen and towels are changed every three days.
Barbagiannis Villa is an ideal choice for families who want excellent accommodation in an ideal location.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Velika preporuka za ovaj smeštaj, sve je bilo super, čisto, uredno, domaćini ljubazni kako samo Grci znaju. Smeštaj je na samoj plaži, u okviru smeštaja postoji i kafić (služi se i neka klopa) koji ima svoje ležaljke na plaži (ležaljke se ne plaćaju uz konzumaciju pića). Plaža je prelepa, čini mi se da je najlepši deo plaže u Vrahosu baš tu. Odmah pored smeštaja je supermarket, suvenirnica, kiosk. Ako budemo ponovo išli u Vrahos, definitivno ćemo ponovo izabrati ovaj smeštaj.
