Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.

One of the most popular accommodations for SykiaIf you have decided to spend your vacation on a quiet place, then Magda Rooms in Sykia is an excellent choice for you. It is located in a large, grassy, enclosed yard and it is one of the most affordable accommodations, ideal for non demanding guests.
Magda Rooms is a ground floor house in Sykia, 200m from the beach. The beach is long and wide, it is suitable for children, because the fine sand, the sea is shallow and clean, and usually it is not crowded. Every morning, a mini van with pasteries passes by the house, the supermarket is about 500 meters away, and pizzeria and restaurant are close by.
There are four studios with one double bed (of a queen size) and a single bed, with the possibility of adding an extra bed. Each studio has a bathroom, kitchen, internet, TV, mosquito nets and air conditioner, and if necessary, a baby cot can be added (upon request). The studios are very neat, and the owners are very kind and unobtrusive. The furniture is not new, but it is well-maintained, and the studios are small, clean and nicely furnished. Bed linen and towels are replaced every four days, and guests take care of the hygiene during their stay.
From the season of 2024, there is also one apartment on the ground floor, which is intended for the accommodation of a maximum of two adults and two children. The separate bedroom has a double bed and the living room has a sofa for two people. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer, two glass-ceramic hotplates, a coffee machine and a kettle. The bathroom has a shower without a tub with a glass screen. The apartment has two air conditioners, two flat screen TVs and all other facilities that are also available in the studios.
The house was built on a plot of 2500 square meters, with lawn, trees and fruit plants. The garden is something that leaves the impression firstly, and there is a barbecue with tables available on guests, as well as private parking in the shade.
It is very easy to get to the accommodation. Coming from the direction of Sarti to Sykia, you will see a turn to the left with the mark of three beaches: Ai Ioannis, Griavas and Valti. This turn is the first turn to the left after turning for the Valti camp. When you turn into that street, you should continue straight and after 700m you will see the accommodation on the right.
Magda Rooms is a convenient choice for families who want to spend their holidays in peace, near the sea. A large, flat yard with a lawn and a lot of shade, is perfect for children to play. It is a great base for visiting the surrounding towns and beautiful beaches in Sithonia. Sarti is only 10 minutes drive away, and one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Klimataria, is 5-10 minutes drive away.
