The property consists of two units spread across two levels, offering comfortable accommodation in a thoughtfully organized space. Each villa can accommodate up to six adults and two children. On the ground floor of each unit, there is a living room, a fully equipped modern kitchen with a dining area, one bedroom, and a toilet. On the first floor, there are two spacious bedrooms and two bathrooms. Each bedroom is furnished with a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa bed suitable for two people.

A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice during the reservation process.

The villas are fully air-conditioned, with air-conditioning units available in the living room and every bedroom, ensuring a pleasant stay throughout the year. In addition, all rooms are equipped with flat-screen TVs for relaxation and entertainment, while Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the property. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped for preparing meals for larger groups, featuring a large oven, a built-in refrigerator with freezer, four ceramic glass cooktops, and a dishwasher. Additional small household appliances are also available, including a coffee machine, kettle, toaster, and microwave oven. The property also includes a washing machine and hairdryer.

The balconies are furnished with seating areas and a private jacuzzi, creating an ideal setting for relaxation at any time of the day. Housekeeping services, as well as the replacement of bed linen and towels, are carried out regularly every three days in order to maintain a high standard of hygiene and comfort throughout the guests’ stay. Additional cleaning services, as well as extra sets of bed linen and towels, can be arranged upon request and at an additional charge.

Guests are provided with private parking within the complex, ensuring safe and convenient parking throughout their stay. Each villa offers up to five parking spaces, providing additional comfort and making the property especially suitable for larger groups or families arriving with multiple vehicles.

The village of Vasiliki, known for its relaxed atmosphere, beautiful beaches, and excellent windsurfing conditions, is located in the southern part of Lefkada and represents an ideal destination for sea lovers and active holiday enthusiasts. Nearby are the popular beaches of Agiofili and Porto Katsiki, as well as numerous seaside tavernas offering authentic Greek specialties and a Mediterranean atmosphere. Boat excursions to nearby beaches and islands can be organized from the port of Vasiliki, while the village itself offers a perfect combination of natural beauty and traditional Greek charm. Aktion National Airport in Preveza is located 59 km from the property, and the route to the villa follows a scenic drive across the bridge connecting Lefkada with mainland Greece.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
