Located in charming Kalamitsi, this spacious house is an ideal choice for families and small groups of friends. It is situated in the first row by the beach, only 60 m away, where a long sandy shoreline offers the perfect setting for all-day enjoyment and a carefree holiday.
This ground-floor house can accommodate up to six adults and one child. The space is functionally organized and includes a living room, kitchen, bathroom, and two bedrooms. One bedroom features a double bed, while the other has two single beds joined together. The living room provides additional comfort with a sofa for two people and another sofa for one person, making this house a great option for families or larger groups.
A baby cot is included in the price and can be provided upon request, with prior notice at the time of booking.
Guests have access to an air conditioner in the living room, as well as two portable fans for added comfort during hot summer days, which can be placed in the bedrooms. The house offers Wi-Fi internet and a flat-screen TV in the living room. The kitchen is well-equipped for everyday meal preparation and includes four ceramic hobs, a large oven, and a large refrigerator with a freezer, as well as a kettle, coffee maker, toaster, microwave, and dishwasher. A washing machine and hairdryer are also available, adding to the overall comfort of the stay.
For outdoor relaxation, guests can enjoy a spacious and well-maintained yard with a sea view, rich in greenery and lawn areas. The house also features a private veranda at the back, facing the yard, where adults can relax in the shade while children play freely. A private barbecue is available within the yard.
Pets are not allowed in this property.
Cleaning services and linen/towel changes are not provided. Guests may arrange cleaning services for an additional fee. Replacement bed linen and towels are available upon request and included in the price. During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the accommodation.
