The location is excellent, and the host Eleni is very kind. The only drawback of the three-bed studio on the ground floor is that the terraces, where the tables and chairs are located, are very close to the studio, leaving no privacy. They are separated only by clotheslines. Additionally, the well-maintained courtyard cannot be used in the morning, for instance, to enjoy coffee or for children to play, because every morning at 8 o'clock it is watered, which lasts about half an hour, leaving the chairs, tables, slide, swings, etc. wet from the sprinklers.

The accommodation is excellent, providing everything one might need. The owner is very kind, the yard is beautiful, and there is covered parking. Highly recommended!

An excellent accommodation, just a five-minute walk from the most beautiful beach, Trani Ammouda. The hosts are very friendly, with a lovely courtyard for small children.

Olympia Studios, located near Ormos Panagias, offers solid accommodation of an older date, yet everything functions well. The studio is small, and particularly the bathroom is quite tiny. The positive aspect is that this is compensated by an outdoor shower (in the garden). When I refer to its older nature, I mean the furniture (bunk beds, where the ladder for the children in our studio number 6 was not functional, as well as the safety railing on the upper bunk which is quite wobbly), as well as the terrace set (table and chairs) which are also rather unstable. The kitchen is well-equipped with everything necessary and operates beautifully. There is a nicely designed outdoor space for children, with a suggestion to add a trampoline which is definitely missing. When leaving the mosquito nets during the night, they do not lock, which is not a good option as the building is positioned right next to the road and everything is open. All users have parking available within the yard. The Livrohio beach, one of the nicer ones on Sithonia, is just 400 meters away.

The overall impression is outstanding. We encountered no issues at all. The staff is exceptionally kind, open to all questions, and ready to assist. The apartment was impeccably clean, the kitchen equipped with all necessary items, and the yard spacious with a resting area, parking, and a shower. Upon our arrival, we were greeted with cold water, olives, and their homemade brandy, which is truly a lovely gesture. All in all, we have no complaints.

An excellent accommodation in a beautiful location, 300 meters from Trani Ammouda, with a friendly hostess, ample space, and excellent parking on the premises. Highly recommended accommodation.

The accommodation, in my opinion, is much more beautiful than it appears in the pictures, and the hygiene is at a commendable level. The beach, regarded as one of the most beautiful on Sithonia, is just 300 meters away. The yard is vast, beautifully arranged, featuring an outdoor shower and kitchen. The only downside is the poor internet connection in the apartment (it’s fine on the terrace), and what might be a drawback for others (for us it was an advantage, as our friends were next door) is that the terraces are almost connected, separated only by a small wooden fence. These apartments are located on the second floor.

The accommodation is just as depicted in the pictures. The kitchen is equipped with everything necessary. The terrace on the first floor, overlooking the street, is spacious and excellent. The yard is beautifully landscaped. The only drawback we encountered was that we had internet access only on the first and last day. The owners of the accommodation did not pay much attention nor offered an apology, considering that internet was included in the price of the accommodation as a mandatory item.

All praise for the accommodation; the spacious terrace and proximity to the beautiful beach are truly impressive. The only downside is that for ten days we did not have Wi-Fi, which was included in the price.

The accommodation is excellent. The studio boasts a spacious terrace overlooking the road (in our case), a kitchen equipped with a stove and oven, as well as a large refrigerator. Everything is very clean. You can request towels earlier if needed. The shower cabin has a curtain. It is a standard-sized studio. For the two of us with a baby, it was perfectly fine. The only complaint is the lack of hot water in the kitchen. Everything else is outstanding. The location is fantastic, the Trani Amuda beach is beautiful (La Luna beach bar was great). Nikiti is a 6-7 minute drive away. It is generally a quiet place. There is a lovely yard for children. An excellent accommodation for a group of families, as there is both a grill and a large space for playing/sitting outside. The owner is extremely kind. We were welcomed with a jar of olives and a bottle of rakija :)

We are thrilled with the accommodation. The apartments are very clean and excellently equipped, containing everything you might need (literally). Utterly beautiful all around.

The accommodation is situated in an excellent location, precisely between the port and the beach, allowing for quick access on foot to everywhere. Upon entering the studio, we were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness. The kitchen is equipped with absolutely everything one could need. The terrace is beautiful, and the yard is well-maintained and suitable for children, as well as for us 😊. The landlady is very kind and always accommodating to any requests you may have. The room is cleaned every sixth day. On the fourth day, we requested new towels, which we received, and on the sixth day, they were changed as planned.

The accommodation is situated near one of the most beautiful beaches (Trani Ammouda), which you can reach on foot in just 5 minutes. The hostess is always ready to assist you with anything you may need. The yard is exceptionally tidy and well-maintained, and the children thoroughly enjoyed themselves.

Yesterday we returned from this small yet charming place from which we explored the surrounding beaches, and the beach within the town itself is exceptionally beautiful. Regarding the accommodation at Studio Olympa, I have nothing but praise. The friendly owner, Stela, speaks English well, making communication easy. The studio is tidy, and all the linens and towels were replaced after four days. It literally has everything you need, from kitchen amenities to a hairdryer, mosquito repellent, kettle, toaster, and a refrigerator with a freezer, along with a large and neat terrace and a spacious yard for children. The beach is close, so we, with small children and full beach gear, could walk to the beach. The town itself is small, but there is a store and a few restaurants. We often went to Nikiti in the evenings, which is only 7 km away, where there is a bit more hustle and a more diverse offering of everything. Thus, my sincere recommendation for this accommodation.

Each room features large refrigerators with freezers and standard stoves with ovens. There is ample parking space available for all guests. The garden is beautiful for relaxation, equipped with children's play items and separate tables, ensuring that all guests have enough space and privacy. The barbecue area is also excellently equipped with complete utensils, dishes, and a table suitable for a large number of people. Every fourth day, the apartment is thoroughly cleaned, and towels and bed linens are changed. The owner, Stela, speaks excellent English and warmly welcomed us with homemade olives, rakija, and local jam. This year was our first time vacationing here, but we met guests from France and Bulgaria who have been coming here for ten years. Importantly, one of the most beautiful beaches in Sithonia, Trani Ammouda beach, is just a five-minute walk from the accommodation. All of this is also mentioned in the accommodation description, and we simply confirm it. Ormos Panagias is a small, charming place that has everything you need. It is an excellent location for exploring this part of Sithonia.

The only complaint is that our bedding was changed only once in a span of 13 days, while everything else was satisfactory.

The accommodation is exceptionally clean, located near one of the best beaches of Sithonia, with spacious amenities rich in offerings for children. The owners are extremely professional and attentive. All praises.

The place is picturesque, filled with crickets, surrounded by a pine forest, and there on the elevation are the apartments of Stelin and her mother. Welcome for coffee, and in the room, you will find a small jar of homemade jam and a bottle of ouzo. Everything is impeccably clean, equipped to the maximum. Towels and bed linens are changed every third day. What is more tiring is the distance to the beach, which can be seen even from 300 meters away, and the center of the village is a bit further, but the road is inaccessible. The shopping area is more than modest, requiring a drive to the main road and towards Nikiti. The apartments are renovated, but the building is older, warm, and the air conditioning is not the best! Personally, I was bothered by a close encounter with a lizard in the room, while others did not find it troubling. Of course, the beauty of Sithonia dominates, as does the hospitality of the hosts.

Everything is wonderful. Help, how can you find it? As soon as you turn off the main road, do not go into the village! Immediately to the left, the first turn, and after one hundred meters on the left side. We wandered for an hour...

The accommodation is highly functional and includes everything necessary - a complete kitchen, a bathroom, and air conditioning all work flawlessly. The hosts are very courteous, providing us with essential information about the surroundings and answering all our questions. The parking is covered and shielded from the sun, and a part of the yard is designated for a very pleasant and spacious area where one can sit in the shade or where children can play. The location is satisfactory, and within about a 10-minute walk, one can reach the beach, a supermarket, and two (both decent) grill restaurants. The only drawback is that Nikiti, the nearest significant place on the peninsula, is a bit farther away. This poses a particular issue as the traffic can be unbearable when trying to get there in the evening.

I would like to express my gratitude to Stela for the wonderful vacation. This is one of the best accommodations of its kind that I have stayed in, and I have been vacationing in Greece for years, both on the islands and in Sithonia and Kassandra.
