Eleana Luxury Private Apartment is located in a setting where a peaceful atmosphere naturally blends with the proximity of all amenities needed for a comfortable holiday. About one kilometer from the center of Neos Marmaras and 550 meters from the beach, the apartment offers guests practicality for everyday living. Bakeries, restaurants, and shops are nearby, while the position itself allows easy access to the coast, town center, and all the conveniences this popular resort provides.
The apartment is located on the high ground floor of an object built on bare terrain and intended for the accommodation of a maximum of four adults. The space is functionally organized, with a living room connected to the kitchen and dining area, two bedrooms, and a bathroom. In one bedroom there is a French bed, while in the other there are two twin beds for each person. If necessary and with prior reservation, an additional bed for one person can be provided in a separate third bedroom, used exclusively on request and without additional facilities. The interior is simple, but modern and pleasantly decorated, providing a functional and comfortable environment for staying.
For families traveling with small children, a baby cot is available upon request and free of charge. This service relieves parents of the need to bring extra equipment and makes travel easier, while children have their own safe and cozy space to rest.
Guests have access to three air conditioners ensuring a pleasant temperature throughout the apartment, WiFi for communication and mobile device use, and Smart TVs with digital channels and entertainment apps, ideal for relaxing with movies or music. A safety deposit box is also available. The kitchen is equipped with a modern stove with four ceramic hobs and a large oven, allowing quick and safe meal preparation, baking, and cooking. There is also a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle for hot drinks, a filter coffee machine, an espresso machine for morning enjoyment, and a dishwasher that saves time and simplifies daily routines. Additional conveniences include a hairdryer, an iron with an ironing board, and a washing machine, enhancing freshness and practicality, especially during longer stays or after a day at the beach.
The outdoor space is adapted to the sloping terrain, with the yard organized on two levels, featuring paved and grassy areas. In front of the apartment entrance, reached by steps from the paved yard, there is a small balcony furnished with seating, serving as a pleasant outdoor corner. On the same level, a gazebo with seating provides an additional space for rest. Guests also have access to a private portable barbecue for preparing meals outdoors. The lower level of the yard is a small, well-kept grassy area with greenery, also reached by steps, furnished with sun loungers for relaxation. From the balcony and yard, there are partial sea views, adding to the pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.
Pets are not allowed in this accommodation to ensure a tidy, peaceful environment that contributes to comfort and a pleasant stay for all guests.
During their stay, guests maintain the apartment’s cleanliness themselves, organizing daily tasks according to their own rhythm and habits. Spare sets of bed linen and towels are provided, and guests can change them as needed. Cleaning services can also be arranged if desired, at an additional cost.
Within the property’s yard, two private parking spaces are available for guests throughout their stay. This solution allows easy parking without the need to search for free spaces nearby, adding convenience and comfort to the holiday.

- Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 90 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
