Kostis House is located in Nikiti, one of the most popular tourist destinations on the Sitonia peninsula, just 220 meters from the beach. The accommodation is an excellent choice for families and groups of friends who want to be in the center of activity, surrounded by restaurants, cafés, and all the amenities Nikiti offers, with the sea within easy reach.

The apartment is intended for a maximum of eight adults and two children, and is organized on two levels that provide a spacious and functional environment for both larger families and groups of friends. On the lower level, located on the first floor, there is a living room with a kitchen, two bedrooms, and a bathroom, while the upper level in the attic includes two more bedrooms and an additional bathroom. Of the four bedrooms, three are equipped with French beds, while the fourth has a combination of a bed for one person and a bed drawer. The living room additionally has a sofa for two people.

The accommodation is equipped with amenities that enable a pleasant and functional stay during your vacation. Air conditioning is installed in each bedroom and the living room, so each guest can adjust the temperature to their own needs without compromise. Wireless internet and television will ensure connectivity and relaxation in free moments. The kitchen is equipped with a stove with four heating surfaces, a large oven, a microwave oven, a refrigerator with a freezer, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster, providing everything you need to prepare both simple and complex meals. Hair dryer and washing machine facilitate everyday needs and make your stay practical regardless of the length of your vacation.

The property has a balcony furnished with seating, accessible from the living room and one of the bedrooms. The balcony overlooks the street and surrounding buildings, making it a pleasant spot for morning coffee or evening relaxation.

Pets are welcome with prior arrangement with the owner and for an additional fee. Guests traveling with pets are required to pay a security deposit upon arrival as insurance against possible damage. The deposit is fully refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred during the stay.

Guests maintain the cleanliness of the accommodation themselves, giving them flexibility to organize daily routines according to their schedule. Cleaning services, as well as linen and towel changes, are available upon request for an additional fee, while regular replacement during the stay is not included.

The accommodation does not have its own parking space. Guests can use public parking areas near the property, with availability depending on current occupancy.

At the entrance to the Sitonia peninsula, Nikiti offers tourists everything in one place. Its sandy beach with a gradual slope and clean water, awarded the Blue Flag, is ideal for families with children as well as those who enjoy water sports and diving. The seaside promenade offers a wide selection of taverns, cafés, and bars, while daily life is made easier by markets, pharmacies, and the traditional Friday market known for local products and Sitonia honey. Those wishing to explore the surroundings will find some of Sitonia’s most beautiful beaches, such as Agios Ioannis, Kalogria, Koviou, and Kavourotripes, just minutes away by car. Old Nikiti, located on a hill above the town, features stone houses, narrow alleys, and the Church of Saint Nikitas, offering a completely different atmosphere from the seaside bustle. The accommodation is about 88 kilometers from Thessaloniki International Airport.

Booking and Cancellation Terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 60 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 100% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.

Price note

Minimum stay requirement is six nights.
Upon arrival at the accommodation, guests staying with pets are required to leave a security deposit of 200€. The deposit will be retained by the owner as security in case of any damage, and will be refunded in full if no damage has been caused.
Environmental tax is not included in the price and is 15€ per night.
