The Diamond Of Kriaritsi Villa is located on the magical Kriaritsi beach, in the very south of the Sithonia peninsula, in Halkidiki. Only 110 m away from the beach with crystal clear water, it provides a vacation filled with relaxation and hedonism, all with the help of a pool and showers equipped with hydromassage devices, which you can access directly from the living room, while your view looks directly at the blue Aegean Sea. The tranquility of the Kriaritsi beach, combined with the luxurious facilities of this accommodation, surely guarantees a memorable vacation, as well as a complete recovery from a stressful and fast-paced lifestyle.

This facility consists of three modernly decorated studios, each equipped with its own swimming pool and open space for enjoyment. Each studio is intended for a maximum of eight adults. On the ground floor level there is a living room, a kitchen, a toilet, as well as a bathroom in the form of a separate room intended exclusively for showering, equipped with the most modern ceiling shower systems. On the gallery, at the level of the first floor, there is an open sleeping area. In the living room, on the ground floor level, there are bunk beds and a sofa for two people. The open gallery, on the level of the first floor, is equipped with a double bed, as well as a bed for one person, from which a bed drawer opens where another guest can be accommodated.

All accommodation units are air-conditioned, and the air conditioner is positioned in the living room. The studios are equipped with wireless internet connection, as well as a flat screen TV. The kitchen is suitable for preparing meals and is equipped with a stove with a large oven and two glass-ceramic hotplates, a large refrigerator with a freezer, a coffee machine and a toaster. A hair dryer is also available to the guests of the accommodation.

Enjoying the outdoors during your stay in this accommodation is guaranteed, given that each studio has a private pool with hydromassage installations, as well as a poolside porch, accessed from the living room, while your view is getting lost in the endless blue of the sea. Outside of the high season, cleaning and linen and towel change services are provided every three days, while during high season these services are provided daily, reflecting the owners’ desire to provide their guests with a truly luxurious experience and ensure a completely carefree stay.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 10% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled at any time paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest.
