One of the most popular accommodations for Skala Potamia** Irida apartments offers its visitors the opportunity for a quiet family vacation, given its location, away from traffic and noise. The accommodation units are very meticulously maintained and tidy and there is a barbecue at the guests' disposal in the beautifully landscaped courtyard as well as tables and chairs for guests to hang out and enjoy. **
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 300m from the beach and 400m from the center of town. The first market is 400m away from the accommodation.
This accommodation offers two four-bed apartments, one five-bed apartment, and one two-bed studio. The apartments (42m2) consist of one bedroom and living room, are very spacious and have very large balconies (almost the size of a room). The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa for two in the living room, while the five-bed also has a folding armchair. The double studio (20m2) has one double bed. One quadruple apartment and a double studio are located on the upper floor while the rest of the units are located on the high ground floor.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace, and a cot is available on request.
Cleaning, as well as linen and towels change, is done every four days.
The yard is large, well kept and nicely decorated, with a built-in barbecue and outdoor seating. Parking is in the yard, in the shade and is big enough for all guests.
Once you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from Golden Beach), turn left and then onto the first street on the left. After 300-400m, you will see the Elegia Villa on the left side of the street. Irida Apartments is right behind it.

Cancellation and payment policy
Deposit of 20% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged.
*If a refund of the deposit is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of costs depends on the method of sending and the bank.Glossary of terms

Boravili smo u vili od 2.-9.9. Bili smo smešteni u apartmanu broj 2 u prizemlju. Apartman je prostran, kao i u opisu. Domaćini su jako ljubazni i uvek dostupni. Čistoća je na zavidnom nivou. Kuhinja je dobro opremljena (kuvalo za vodu, mutilica za nes), čaša i tanjira i više nego dovoljno, jedino što bi moglo nekom da zasmeta je nedostatak noževa (ima jedan jedini) i možda još jedna šerpa, ali mi smo se snašli. Plaža je relativno blizu, ali se nama nije svidela plaža u Skali Potamii, pa smo se mi kolima vozali do Golden beach-a (2 min kolima), da ne vučemo svaki dan dete na rukama. Smeštaj za svaku preporuku.

The description is very accurate. There are beautiful apartments in a lovely villa, modern, clean and well equipped, with a green yard where you can park your car. The upper one, no. 3 has also two impressive terraces where you can rest and enjoy the mountain view. The beach is nearby, but also the cluster of tavernas and shops, where the people get together in the evening. The owners are very kind and helpful and we plan to return, next year!
