** Irida apartments offers its visitors the opportunity for a quiet family vacation, given its location, away from traffic and noise. The accommodation units are very meticulously maintained and tidy and there is a barbecue at the guests’ disposal in the beautifully landscaped courtyard as well as tables and chairs for guests to hang out and enjoy. **
This accommodation is located in Skala Potamia, about 300m from the beach and 400m from the center of town. The first market is 400m away from the accommodation.
This accommodation offers two four-bed apartments, one five-bed apartment, and one two-bed studio. The apartments (42m2) consist of one bedroom and living room, are very spacious and have very large balconies (almost the size of a room). The four-bed apartments have one double bed in the bedroom and a folding sofa for two in the living room, while the five-bed also has a folding armchair. The double studio (20m2) has one double bed. One quadruple apartment and a double studio are located on the upper floor while the rest of the units are located on the high ground floor.
The accommodation units are air-conditioned and have a fully equipped kitchen, TV, wireless internet, hairdryer, mosquito nets, bathroom and terrace, and a cot is available on request.
Cleaning, as well as linen and towels change, is done every four days.
The yard is large, well kept and nicely decorated, with a built-in barbecue and outdoor seating. Parking is in the yard, in the shade and is big enough for all guests.
Once you reach the central intersection in Skala Potamia (from Golden Beach), turn left and then onto the first street on the left. After 300-400m, you will see the Elegia Villa on the left side of the street. Irida Apartments is right behind it.
