Paradisos Holiday Apartments is a decent and very tidy property for rent, superbly positioned right on the beach in a quiet environment and the most beautiful part of the Paradisos area. It has comfortable accommodation units, finely equipped with functional furniture. Studios and apartments have everything needed for a pleasant stay, and guests also have access to a private area on the beach with sunbeds and umbrellas.

The sandy Paradisos beach is in front of the accommodation, while the beautiful city beach and the center of Neos Marmaras are just over 2km away. In the immediate vicinity (about 400-500m) you can find a well-stocked supermarket and a bakery.

It offers studios and apartments distributed in three buildings, on the ground floor and on the first floor, which can host up to four people, some of which have a direct view of the sea.

The first building has eleven four-bed studios, seven on the first floor and four on the ground floor. All studios have a double bed and a single bed with a pull-out bed underneath. The balconies on the first floor are passable. In the second building, there are four-bed studios, which also have one double bed and one single bed with a pull-out bed underneath, and there are also three four-bed apartments. The apartments have a single bed in the first room upon entering, under which a drawer bed can be pulled out, and in the room where the kitchen is, they have a double bed.

All studios and apartments have mosquito nets, a kitchenette equipped with a hob with two hotplates and a refrigerator with a freezer or freezer compartment, a balcony or veranda in front of the entrance equipped with seating, and a shower tray in the bathroom.

Wi-Fi internet, TV and air conditioning are available to guests. A baby cot is available on request, and pets are not allowed. Bed linen and towels are changed halfway through the stay, and guests are responsible for maintaining the hygiene of the accommodation unit during their stay.

The accommodation has a spacious yard with lawn and greenery, seating and dining sets, common barbecue, outdoor showers and a small children’s playground. Private parking is provided.

You will find the facility at the very end of the promenade, at the exit from the Paradisos area in the direction of Nikiti.

Paradisos Holiday Apartments can be a good choice for guests who want accommodation right on the beach, and to spend their holiday in a quiet and beautiful environment away from the crowds.

Overnight environmental tax is not included in prices.
Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 21 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of early departure, 50% of remaining days will be charged. *If a deposit refund is possible, the shipping costs are borne by the guest. The amount of the costs depends on the chosen shipping method and bank. The average time for a refund after cancellation is three weeks.
