Within a garden of grass and palm trees dominated by a strong element of colorful “Pelion” stone, the guesthouse has comfortable, bright, fully equipped studios surrounded by roses and jasmine.

Just 50m of the Maratha Koukounaries beach with idyllic golden sand, the cool shade of the pines and the shallow crystal clear waters, naturally protected from the winds, an organized Villa in Skiathos exists, ideal for all ages but primarily families with children.

Booking and cancellation terms

Adults are considered to be persons older than 13 years.
Stays for persons younger than 0 years are not approved.
A deposit of 30% of the total reservation price is required to confirm the reservation. The remaining amount must be paid on the first day of arrival at the accommodation. In case of cancellation 21 days or more before arrival, the money paid will be refunded. In case of cancellation at any time later, the money paid will not be refunded. In case of earlier departure from the accommodation, 50% of the remaining days will be charged.
