If you are planning a holiday with your friends, cousins or your family has more members, the Hristos House can be a great choice. Although it is located on the main road, it is tucked in a beautifully landscaped yard with a spacious lawn and exudes a calm atmosphere. Due to its location, it is recommended to guests who come with their own vehicles. Even though 700m can sound too far from the beach, if you come with your car, it’s just a few minutes drive to the fantastic sandy beach. The first bigger supermarket and famous taverns are 1km away, which is about 12 minutes drive.
Hristos House is a family house (100m2) consisting of two floors and was built in 1992, but is being renovated each year and can accommodate up to eleven people. Furniture is older, but it is very well maintained and gives a home a certain charm and authenticity. On the second floor of the house, there are two connected single beds in one bedroom, while in the second bedroom there are two separated single beds and a sofa that can not be folded out. This room has access to the balcony. The third bedroom has one double bed and shares the balcony with the second room. The balcony has tables and chairs. On the first floor, there is a bathroom that has an enclosed shower without curtain.
On the first floor of the house, there are two couches, one can be folded out. There is also a toilet where the washing machine is located. The dining table is located in the living room, but there is also a table on the spacious balcony that can be accessed from the kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, stove, large fridge, kettle, toaster.
The house has three TVs, one is in the living room, two on the first floor. There is also an air-conditioning on the first floor, internet and mosquito nets. On the large balcony on the lower floor, there is a drying wire.
In the yard, there is enough space for parking four cars, but there is a place in front of the gate to leave your car.
The house is located on 800 square meters property, the yard is full of greenery and a true oasis of peace. There is a barbecue as well as a table and chairs for enjoying with your friends.
Bed linen and towels are replaced every week if guests stay longer, and in case of shorter stays, can be replaced in an agreement with the owner.
Smaller pets are allowed in agreement with the owners.
You will reach the accommodation by driving the main road. When you pass the turning for Destenica beach and three more entrances to Toroni from the direction of Neos Marmaras, after 700m you will come to Hristos accommodation on the right side of the road.
