Karavitsi Villa is located close to Neos Marmaras, in the first row from the sea. The villa is surrounded by a courtyard full of palm trees and greenery, with two big covered parking lots and beach bar, while in the two buildings are consisted of air conditioned and modern studios and apartments. Units have WiFi, private balconies, there is possibility of having a breakfast, and nice atmosphere, comfort and safety are the main advantages of this little sea heaven.
From the restaurant Rahona accommodation is around 250m away, 1,5km away from Neos Marmaras, 500m away from the bakery, 800m away from the closest market. Entrance to the sea is pebbly, but after 1m is tiny sand.
Villa is consisted of two buildings with 21 accommodation units in total - 12 studios (30m2) and nine apartments (45m2). It is built in 1991 and every year is renovated, 2017 are renovated the bathrooms and some kitchen parts. Both buildings are in excellent condition, nicely and tasteful equipped.
On the ground floor of the first building, there are three identically arranged apartments, with one double bed in the bedroom and two single beds set in Γ in the living room with a kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with a mini-stove with two burners and oven, a fridge and necessary dishes. In modern bathroom, there’s an edged shower area with curtain. It’s possible to add an extra bed, so their maximum capacity is 4+1 persons. On the first floor, there are three apartments - maisonettes with the living room with a kitchen and two single beds set in Γ, while the interior stairs lead to the bedroom with one double bed. The apartments in this building have one air conditioning and a TV.
Apartments in the second building are a bit more spacious, so in the living room with a kitchen there’s a couch with a drawer bed and a dining table, while in the bedroom there is one double bed. They have two air-conditioners.
The studios also have a mini-stove with two burners and oven, a fridge and all necessary kitchen utensils, and according to their capacity they can have either one double bed/two single beds, or one double and one single bed/three single beds or one double and two single beds. Only one quadruple studio has two single beds and one more single bed which can be pulled off (with the standard size mattress), as well as the direct access to the yard.
Cleaning, as well as bed linen and towels replacement, is done after three nights. Guests may use washing machine for an extra charge.
The great advantage of this accommodation is wonderfully arranged courtyard with palms, paths, greenery, natural shade. As part of the courtyard there is a bar next to the beach, two big covered parking lots, sitting sets. Bar serves only drinks, coffees and sandwiches, but not hot meals. With extra charge it is possible to order the typical greek breakfast - bread, butter, honey or jam, cheese, ham, drinks…
Guests can use deckchairs and beach umbrellas for free, but it’s not allowed to bring friends or family members who are not guests of this villa because the beach is small.
The accommodation can be easily found, going on the main road Nikiti-Sarti, at around 1,5km before Neos Marmaras you will see the sign on the right for turning towards accommodation.
In case of any kind of health issues, the owners can contact the doctors from Neos Marmaras in order to come to the accommodation.
We would recommend Villa Karavitsi to all who prefer a holiday in a quiet and beautifully landscaped location on the beach.
