Apartments number 1 and 2 offer guests two double beds and a single bed, while apartment number 3 has two double beds and a sofa bed with an extra mattress suitable for a child. They can accommodate a maximum of 5 people, with a maximum of 4 adults.

The two-level five-bed studio (5 Bed Studio, Two-level, New) number 4, with an area of 40m2, is a new accommodation unit, in the form of a separate building with its own exit and veranda. It is structured like a maisonette on two levels. It is an ideal choice for all interior design enthusiasts where the presence of art is felt in every carefully selected piece of furniture, decorative items, colors, and tiles. It can accommodate up to 5 people, a maximum of 5 adults. This spacious two-level five-bed studio has a kitchen and bathroom on the lower level, with a double bed and a single bed, while the upper level features a gallery accessed by internal stairs, which is used solely for sleeping and has one double bed.

The kitchens in all units are equipped with a large refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a small oven with hotplates, and necessary utensils. Apartments No. 1, 2, and 3 have renovated bathrooms, featuring a shower without a curtain (only tiles), partitioned by a wall on one side. The two-level studio, number 4, has a shower partially enclosed by glass in the bathroom. All accommodation units have a TV, air conditioning, mosquito nets, and internet.

All accommodation units have a veranda.

In the spacious and fenced yard, guests have access to private parking, a gazebo, and a brick barbecue.
