At only 100m from the city beach in Nikiti, this 4-level villa offers the ambiance of a family house. It is located at about 115m from the the city beach in Nikiti, and a 100m from a bakery and grocery store.
The villa (120m2) is divided into four levels and its capacity is 4-8 people.
The first level is in a semi-basement and consists of the entrance hall with an ironing board, vacuum cleaner, and table with chairs. From here, you enter the bedroom with two single beds.
On the next level, there’s a living room with a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, a fridge with freezer, a sofa bed, table with chairs, TV, toilet and washing machine. The living room opens onto a beautiful private balcony with tables and chairs, that overlooks the inner side of the courtyard, with external stone staircases leading to the garden.
The next level features two bedrooms. One has a double bed and the other has a queen size bed. Wooden staircases lead to the gallery with another queen size bed. This level also has a bathroom with a shower and curtain, as well as a storage room.
The levels are connected by internal stairs protected by wooden fences, so they are safe for families with small children.
Guests themselves are responsible for maintaining hygiene and towels and bed linen replacement (as they’re provided in the closet).
Behind the villa, there’s a small yard with a lawn, barbecue and one parking spot.
After entering Nikiti, continue ahead until you see the church on your right. Turn right and drive ahead for 720m towards the beach, then take the unpaved street on the left. 50m later you’ll be in front of Casa Verde By The Sea.
