As we mentioned, this is one accommodation unit, more precisely a five-bed maisonette (60m2). On the lower level there is a living room with a single sofa bed and a bedroom with a double bed. In the gallery there is a room that is not physically separated by a door and in it there is a single bed which, when unfolded, becomes a double bed. Both levels have a bathroom with a shower with a curtain. The living room has a kitchen that has a large refrigerator with freezer, stove with flat plate and oven, kettle, toaster and necessary utensils.
The maisonette has three air conditioners, TV, internet, washing machine, mosquito nets, and the owners can provide a baby cot if needed. In front of the maisonette there is a private seating area with table, chairs and awning. Guests are in charge of maintaining the hygiene of the maisonette, and guests are provided with a new set of towels and bed linen halfway through their stay.
In a very small yard there is a parking space for one vehicle, as well as an outdoor shower.
