Aglaia Pansion is located in the center of Skala Maries, next to the promenade and right by the sea. It is a beautiful and modernly furnished accommodation with fantastic sea views. All the amenities this place has to offer are a minute away.
Accommodation is located 50m from the city beach and the first markets, pharmacy, cafes and restaurants. Since the Skala Maries is a small place, the other two beaches (Sunset and Atspas) are also very close.
The accommodation was renovated in 2016. It offers six accommodation units - four studios and two apartmens (40-42m2). Two studios each are on the ground floor and the first floor and there is also a duplex apartment on the high ground floor (five steps above ground level). Two first floor studios have been renovated for summer 2017.
The studios have one double bed and sea view, and the duplex apartment has two bedrooms, two terraces and two double beds (one double in each bedroom). In the studios (No. 1 and 2) no extra bed can be added, but only a baby cot, while an extra bed or baby cot can be inserted in the apartments. These units have separate terraces, sea views, an equipped kitchen (stove and small fridge) and a bathroom with a shower. Since the apartment has two balconies, one overlooks the city beach and the other towards the street. Studio number 2 is slightly smaller and has an area of 17m2, while all other studios have about 20m2.
Upstairs studios are double (number 4 and 5), have one double bed, air conditioning, equipped kitchen with stove and small fridge and bathroom with shower cabin. The terrace is spacious and separated so guests of both units have their own seating area. It offers a beautiful view to the sea.
From the 2019 season, there is one more apartment on the high ground floor. The bedroom has one double bed, while the living room has a sofa bed for two children, a kitchen with a stove and a small fridge and a bathroom with a shower cabin. There is a possibility of adding an extra bed. This unit has about 42m2. The terrace is narrow because it is located on the side of the house. It has a sew view.
Cleaning and replacing of towels and linen are done every three days.
Parking is available on the street in front of the house.
Coming from the direction of Prinos, turn right at the sign for Atspas Beach, at the exit from the Skala Maries. Walking down the street by the sea, you will pass a small intersection and the road will turn to the right after some time when you will see Pension Aglaia on the left side of the street (80m after the turn).
