Akti Klisma Studios is the accommodation on the beach, so guests of this villa can enjoy the sound of the waves the moment they wake up. Studios are facing the sea, there’s a covered sitting area in the courtyard and parking is provided for all guests.

The supermarket and the bakery are located in the center of Skala Kallirachi. The famous fish tavern Klisma is at 450m from the house. The beach below the house is stony on the coast and the first few steps in the water, and with a sand bottom and shallow water after. There are paths leading to the sandy bottom, for children to safely play and swim. Guests of this accommodation are provided with free deckchairs. Accommodation is only 3-4km from the Skala Maries, 12km from Limenarija, and about 15km from Potos, so the lacking of tourist content in Skala Kalirahi can be replaced with the offer in Potos and Limenaria, a wide selection of shops, restaurants and supermarkets, a promenade and entertainment. Skala Kallirchi is a very small village, but it has all the basic facilities for a nice holiday (a small promenade, shops, restaurants, pharmacy and a bakery) and it is 2.5km away from the villa.

Akti Klisma Studios is a new building (renovated in 2011) located by the sea. It has a total of six studies, split in half on the ground and the first floor. Ground floor studios have classic wooden furniture and porch with sitting furniture, while studios on the first floor are equipped with new and modern furniture and have a terrace.

Two quadruple studios are located on the first floor and have one double, a single and a sofa bed. The other four studios are triple with one double and single or sofa bed. The studios are air-conditioned, have a kitchen, TV, air conditioning, bathroom, wireless internet, mosquito nets, hairdryer and terrace with direct and breathless sea view. Ground floor studios have a shared terrace, while studios on the first floor have smaller private balconies.

From the season 2019 there is one more double studio (A4) with a double bed. It has 15m2, equipped kitchen, AC, TV, mosquito nets and a bathroom. The balcony is spacious with sea view. You enter the studio from the garden.

Cleaning, as well as the replacement of towels and bed linen, is performed after three days. Laundry service is available with additional charge (depending on quantity). Quiet hours are every day from 3-5 pm and after midnight.

The yard is very spacious, full of flowers and greenery, fantastically arranged and maintained accordingly. There’s a private parking lot, barbecue, table tennis, basketball court, as well as a lot of space for children to play and enjoy in the shade a step away from the sea.

The accommodation is located on the right-hand side of the main road going towards Limenaria, 2,5km from the center of Skala Kallirachi. City beach is in the center.

Based on the experience of many of our guests, Akti Klisma Studios is a dream come true accommodation, by the sea, with a beautiful yard, beautiful terraces with a view, peace and shade. It’s located on the west coast where sunsets are the most beautiful and longest.
