Billena Villa is very nice, new accommodation with heavenly arranged, fenced courtyard, so the youngest visitors can enjoy and run around safely. Accommodation is well maintained and the owners make sure that their guests have everything that is needed for one pleasant stay.
Accommodation is located on the main road that passes through Skala Potamia, about 900m from the center and 850m from the beach.
Billena Villa has a total of four rooms on the ground floor that have been renovated for the 2026 season. Two double rooms (No.1 and No.2) face the large courtyard, while two quadruple rooms (No.3 and No.4) open onto a small courtyard at the back of the house.
Room No.1 (17m2) consists of one double bed and a sofa. Room No.2 (15m2) contains one double bed and a pull-out bed that can be pulled out from under the double bed if needed. Room No.3 (22m2) has a double bed and a sofa bed for two small children or one adult. It should be noted that the space in the room narrows significantly if the sofa is pulled out. Room No.4 (No25m2) consists of one double bed and two sofa beds. If both sofas are pulled out, this affects the space in the room itself, but there is still enough space.
The furniture is new and modern, and the rooms are very clean and nicely decorated. All rooms are air-conditioned and have a TV, refrigerator, air conditioning, hairdryer, safe, veranda, WiFi internet and mosquito nets.
Bed linen and towels are changed every three days. Cleaning is done daily.
The fantastically arranged courtyard has a lot of shade, grassy areas, playground for children, garden furniture, benches, olive trees and flowers. In the courtyard, you will find darts, chess and other board games, and there is a gazebo with barbecue, dining table and fully equipped common kitchen. Another common kitchen is located in the house, on the back side. The courtyard can be entered only with a key, that comes with the room key. All guests are provided with private parking.
Since it is located on the main road, you will easily find this accommodation. From the direction of Limenas, this accommodation is on the right side of the road and it is very well marked.
