Studios Tripiti is located in the village of Tripiti, in close proximity to Nea Roda, in an exceptional location just 8 meters from the sea. The accommodation is situated across from a sandy beach, allowing guests to reach the shore in just a few steps. The charm of this accommodation is enhanced by the beautiful sea view, well-kept courtyard with grass and Mediterranean plants, as well as a gazebo, sun loungers, and seating area ideal for outdoor relaxation, enjoying the shade, and a pleasant atmosphere near the sea. An additional convenience is the proximity to the port from which ferries depart to the island of Ammouliani, one of the most beautiful islands in northern Greece. The beach in front of the accommodation is a Blue Flag holder, an award that confirms the exceptional cleanliness of the sea and high level of beach organization, making this accommodation an excellent choice for a carefree summer vacation by the sea.
The property has seven accommodation units and is an excellent choice for couples and families seeking a peaceful vacation close to the sea. On the first and second floors, there are two apartments and two studios, while on the ground floor, there is one apartment and two studios. The apartments consist of a bedroom, kitchen, and bathroom, while the studios feature an open sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom. Depending on the type of accommodation unit, the maximum capacity is up to two adults and two children, with a double bed or two single beds available, along with additional single beds or a pull-out bed to accommodate the designated capacity. The interior of the accommodation units is decorated simply with an emphasis on comfort. Bright rooms, well-organized furniture layout, and ample natural light create a pleasant atmosphere for relaxation.
All units are equipped with air conditioning included in the stay, WiFi, television, and a hairdryer. The kitchens are equipped with two standard burners, a standard refrigerator with a freezer compartment, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster, and basic cookware for meal preparation. An additional convenience is the shared outdoor kitchen in the property’s courtyard, which houses three small ovens that guests can freely use.
The apartments and studios on the first and second floors have balconies with direct sea views. The apartment and studios on the ground floor have private verandas with partial sea views and a lovely view of the well-kept courtyard. The accommodation units offer views of greenery, the well-kept courtyard, and the surroundings, enhancing the enjoyment of a pleasant environment during the stay.

Cleaning of the accommodation units, as well as changing of bed linens and towels, is done every four days, providing guests with additional comfort during their stay.

Tripiti Beach is located 8 meters from the accommodation. It is a well-organized beach with a Blue Flag, known for its clean sea and pleasant natural surroundings. The center of Nea Roda is about 1.5 km away, offering numerous shops, bakeries, restaurants, cafes, and other amenities necessary for a pleasant stay. Tripiti Port, where ferries to Ammouliani Island depart, is about 2 km away, allowing guests to easily organize day trips to the island known for its beautiful sandy beaches and turquoise sea. Ierissos is approximately 7 km from the accommodation, Ouranoupolis about 10 km, and the border of Mount Athos less than 10 km away. Nearby is the popular Komitsa Beach, a true gem of the eastern coast of the Athos Peninsula, located 5 km from Nea Roda and right on the border with Mount Athos. This beautiful beach captivates visitors with its natural beauty and peaceful surroundings. Also nearby is Alykes Beach on Ammouliani Island, situated in the heart of the Aegean Sea, a beach with natural shade known for its impressive natural beauty and numerous amenities. It is located on the southeastern part of the island, just 2.4 km from the port. Thessaloniki is approximately 130 km away, and Macedonia International Airport is about 110 km away. Thanks to its location right by the sea, proximity to Ammouliani, well-kept courtyard, and sea view, Studios Tripiti is an excellent choice for a peaceful and relaxing vacation on the eastern coast of Halkidiki.
