Ionian Sea Maisonette is located in the peaceful seaside village of Kanali, just 10 meters from the sea and the beach, directly across from the shoreline, allowing guests to enjoy magnificent views of the Ionian Sea at any time. The spacious and functionally designed interior makes this property an ideal choice for families and larger groups seeking comfort, privacy, and a pleasant atmosphere during their summer vacation. The tranquil surroundings and ample space for spending quality time together provide perfect conditions for relaxation and unforgettable moments with loved ones. Kanali is a small and welcoming village known for its long sandy beach, crystal-clear waters, and laid-back atmosphere, far from the crowds of major tourist resorts while still offering all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable stay. The beautiful region of Preveza is also nearby, renowned for its rich history, traditional tavernas, and natural beauty, giving guests plenty of opportunities for excursions and exploring the western coast of Greece.

The four-bed apartment is located on the lower ground floor and is suitable for a maximum of four adults. It is accessed by four steps leading downstairs and consists of a living room with a kitchen, one bedroom, and a bathroom. The bedroom features a double bed, while the living room includes a sofa that accommodates two people.

The five-bed apartment, designed as a maisonette, is spread across three levels and can accommodate up to five adults. The entrance is on the first-floor level, where guests will find a living room with a kitchen and a toilet. The second level features two bedrooms and a bathroom, while the third level, located in the attic, consists of an open gallery. One bedroom has a double bed, while the other contains two single beds. The open gallery includes an additional single bed.

In this air-conditioned accommodation, guests have access to free WiFi internet, a TV, a hairdryer, and a fully equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator and freezer, a microwave oven, a kettle, a coffee machine, and a toaster. The lower-ground-floor apartment is equipped with three cooking hobs and a small oven, while the maisonette offers four cooking hobs, a large oven, and a washing machine.

Guests can relax on the private veranda or balcony, furnished with comfortable seating and offering a beautiful direct view of the sea. The property also features a fenced and well-maintained garden, providing additional space for rest and enjoyment in a pleasant atmosphere. For complete comfort during their time at the beach, guests are provided with a beach umbrella, beach chairs, towels, and a cooler bag, allowing them to fully enjoy sunny days by the sea without any worries.

Pets are not allowed in this accommodation.

During their stay, guests are responsible for maintaining the cleanliness of the apartment themselves, allowing them complete freedom to organize their daily routines according to their own preferences. Replacement sets of bed linen and towels are provided, and guests may change them at their own convenience.

A guaranteed parking space is not provided; however, parking can usually be found on the street in front of the accommodation.

Booking and cancellation terms

Deposit of 30% is required to confirm the reservation. Remaining balance should be payed first day upon arrival. If cancelled 20 or more days prior to arrival, paid money will be fully refunded. If cancelled at any time later, paid money is non-refundable. In the case of no-show, 30% of total reservation will be charged. In the case of early departure, 100% of remaining days will be charged.
